Our first time visit to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs was very enjoyable. We stayed in condo cabin 10 on the main floor, there were 4 of us, and it was perfect for our group. King bed in the bedroom, queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Was a little free standing gas stove so you could have... More

We chose to use the pools by the creek, some are very hot where the water comes in, come are cold. You just need to get a little pool by the wall where the hot water comes in. Downside was there were no steps to get to the water, had to climb down on the rocks to get to the... More

This is a review just for the hot springs, we didn't stay at the resort. It cost a fair amount to come here, the locker rooms are old and dingy and not very private at all. For the basic hot springs cost there are 2 pools and riverside hot springs. One pool is hot, the other a nice warn temp.... More

Absolutely love Mt. Princeton Hot Springs! First of all they are Mineral Hot springs not sulfur hot springs. This means that you are not going to smell like the hot springs for a week after you leave! Secondly, there is such a nice variety of places to enjoy at this particular hot springs. I love the fact that you can... More

This was a fantastic place to get away for the weekend. One of the best things to do in all of Colorado. Will definately go again. Had a great bartender (Jackie A.)

I loved that I could get the rest and relaxation here that I needed to continue on my trip. The springs really helped soothe my sore muscles

Great for kids (pool with a large water slide and snack hut) and great for adults (private pools and food and adult beverages).

Expanded and moderized, the new facilities offer more pools and a restaurant onsite. My kids (6 & 8, good swimmers) loved the water slide and I appreciated the warm water running down it. The "room" we rented had a separate bedroom for mom and dad and a sofa pull-out for the kids. It was fully equipped for cooking with a... More

Your $22 (weekend) gets you access to the crowded pools on one side of the river and a rather dingy and dark changing room. However, for an additional $13, you can be transported across the river to the "adult-only section" with the cascading Japanese pools, where towels, beautiful locker room with shampoo, skin cream and blow dryers, etc. are included.... A very good place. Our room itself was average, but the grounds and facilities and pools were all great. Nice and scenic setting. The guests-only, adults-only facilities looked very new. Great play pool for kids up the hill with giant slide (in summer). Except for one lackluster and forgetful waitress, it was well staffed. Pretty good food in restaurant.
