Keystone is still a great place to ski, but Vail Resorts are pricing it out of the market. The ordinary skier can no longer afford $125 for a one-day ticket for their resorts and CVolorado is fast becoming a destination for only the wealthiest of skiers. European skiers are no longer going there due to the costs! It still has... More

The skating is awesome - why this system feels I have to have 50 characters to explain my feelings is a little off. AWESOME. Sometimes a word is good enough!

The 5 acre lake that is kept in great shape by the Zamboni team is perfect for all skaters. The views are magnificent. I love having the shops around the lake so that you can take a break and have a drink or snack. The people that work the desk and rental are friendly and helpful.

the lake is large and very smooth as it is maintained by a zamboni. It is a beautiful mountain setting surrounded by lights and ice sculptures. For beginners- you must go down stairs to the lake and there aren't side rails to hold on to, but they rent assist devices that almost look like walkers.

I've never skated on such clean, smooth, beautiful ice as big as this lake! It's well-maintained and gorgeous. They even have boards set up for the hockey players. We went at nighttime when the stars were out and the Christmas tree was all lit up. Spectators can stand on the "dock" and watch. Bar inside. Magical.

This is a great experience in the winter. We ice skated here on the huge, surfaced lake ice. It is very pretty and they have a really nice area to warmup with video games, drinks, and snacks. The whole atmosphere is just fantastic for a mountain vacation.

We have gone here every time we are visiting. The lake in the winter is a very large skating rink. There are always ice carvings surrounding it and stores . This year they had the entire Santa sled and reindeer carved in ice. Next to the lake is the lodge that has a chocolate village every year. It is definitely... More

We visited the area during Christmas break and found out that you can Ice Skate on the lake. The lake is about 5 acres and has a hockey rink on it. My 5 year old daughter had a blast. We skated for several hours. You can also rent hockey sticks and pucks. This was a lot of fun. It cost... More

The lake is 5 acres, and has a hockey rink in the middle of it. As a result, you can skate in any direction at any time. You can play around without skating in any direction, if you want. There is plenty of space so it never feels crowded. When I was there on Christmas day, Frosty the Snowman was... More
