This place is very old-timey, but is good for adults who like hot springs. They've got a couple dozen pools (although most of them are tiny) in a nice, mostly-outdoor setting. There's stuff floating in the water (it's apparently a white sulfur compound) that might freak some people out, but it's harmless and kind of adds to the charm. I... More

5 of us on a girls trip spent a day here and all had a fabulous time. 2 of us had 90 minutes massages with Scott, the other 3 had citrus scrubs and body wraps with Tom. All of us spent time soaking in the many hot springs and enjoying a wonderfully relaxing day. Thanks to Samantha for getting us... More

I went there at least once a year. Not crowd at all. They have a lot of different pools. I can always find a private pool. Definitely worth your money. I enjoy soaking in the snow outdoor. Summer time is also great! From Denver, drive via us 9 is safer if snowing. Us40 near winter park is very windy.

We wanted to check out a hot springs that we hadn't been to yet, so we looked this one up. From the pictures, the pool with the slide led us to believe it was a family friendly environment. NOT SO. The only pool that kids could actually swim in was COLD. Way too cold to spend any time in, and... More

I went this last week with a few friends. We each hot rooms in the hotel for $107. But that included two days in the hot springs which is normally $18 a day. So a really great deal. The rooms were comfortable. And very clean. But relaxing in the many hot springs. oMG. Like couldn't get much better. They have... More

Based on some of the other reviews for Hot Sulphur Springs, my husband and I had a little bit of trepidation when considering visiting. We found NONE of the "dirt" or "run down" areas that others have described! It was very well maintained, and while the locker room is, YES, rustic and no frills, it was clean! The pools themselves... My husband and I had a delightful day at Hot Sulphur Springs Resort and Spa. We had previous been to Fairmont Hot Springs which was very crowded. This resort has 21 delightful pools with adequate chairs. The water is typlcal for a hot springs so people who do understand this type of resort will write negative comments. I do not... More

The place needs to be renovated, tiles are coming off the walls of the pools. They charged $18 adults and $12 kids, way overpriced. The kids only have 4 small areas they can go in. There was slimy minerals(sulphur&sodium) floating in the water. My kids thought it was gross. One good point was your skin is very soft afterwards. I... More

Set well away from anywhere major, the hot springs are a fantastic experience. Located next to the railway and i40 with more than 100 years of history it is a great place to spend some time. We went on a weekday, so probably quieter than a weekend. There was plenty of space amongst the 20+ pools of varying sizes from... More

We were on a "hot springs trip". Found out about Hot Sulphur Springs.Decided to stop and check it out. Lady at the desk was pleasant and gave us all the information about the springs. This is not a fancy place and about $17 per person. There are about 17 hot mineral pools.Again, they are not fancy. I spent about hour and a... More
