Granby ranch is a great ski resort for beginners and family's The mountain is short and has limited runs. That being said I went on a Tuesday and it snowed 4 inches. I rode the lifts by myself all day and never waited 1 second for a chair! Big hit with me. The lift is fast, it does slow down... More

We love Granby ranch. We are a family with young children and ski once per year. I prefer green and wide, easy, blue slopes which Granby delivers. It is small enough to not be over-whelming. Even on President's day weekend, there were no lift lines! We really like the down-to-earth feel of Granby. We did enroll our daughters in ski... More

Went here second day of skiing. Loved the cost and the groomed greens. Kid friendly and had levels for everyone. Will definitely recommend to people who don't ski alot to start here instead of winter park. Or who have to keep track of kids. One base ..hard to lose them here.

We brought the family up as our 9 year old daughter had never skied. We got her in the ski school for the day. It was a very hectic check in and check out process, I'm thinking they could maybe find an easier way to get the kids checked in and out. Other than that, our daughter enjoyed the instructor... Loved Ski Granby Ranch. Had everything from an expert skier to myself an intermediate skier to two brand new skiers. The ski instruction that my son-in-law and daughter-in-law took was fantastic. Had a great time skiing during two days and then skiing at night on a Sunday night during the holiday. After being there the wife and I are seriously... More

Great place for beginners and families with small kids. The runs are super easy. The runs are short, as well. There is really only two lifts (that take you to real runs). The four person lift takes you to the easy runs. That lift is pretty fast. The three person lift that leads to the expert runs (not really) is... More

This was our third trip to Granby ranch. It is an ideal resort for families with kids or newer skiers. The two mountains are perfect with a wide range of terrain. There are 4 or 5 terrain parks to work on skills. The all day lessons are a fraction of the cost at larger resorts. Fraser and Winter Park are... More

Stayed for 5 wonderful days Jan 31 thru Feb 5 and did not want to leave! This is a fabulous value for your family. Loved it so much we are returning next year!! We skied Granby 3 times this week and had a great time. We're intermediate skiers and this is perfect for us. It has lots of tree skiing which we enjoy immensely. It's a smaller resort and is very affordable.

Went to Granby Ranch with my family and we had a great time. The mountain is small but very nice. The staff are friendly and informative but the lines for rentals was awful and pretty unorganized. However, There were hardly ever lift lines to be found. Oh and the restaurant is atrocious and the wait staff is extremely rude. They... More
