Last stop of vacation. Well worth it! Free, self guided informative tour, with a small taste part way through, leading to the tasting area for 3 full tastes from a nice variety. Personally tasted Red Ale, Pumpkin Ale and Colorado Native. Kids ok with parents, soda offerings for non-drinkers. Very nice, reasonable gift shop. Friendly staff, fresh flowers take some... More

Self guided tour with recorded information. They are very generous with the beer tasting at the end. Luckily, if you don't drink or have children, they serve soda.

My husband and I only had a few hours before catching a flight home so we took a drive to Golden. This FREE tour was a great way to learn about Coors' history, how beer is made, and the varieties that Miller Coors offers today. At the end of the tour we enjoyed our three free samples. I don't even... More

Did this tour on a Monday and we took the shuttle over to the brewery. I found the tour to be interesting. Not sure about th other comments on the three beers. We only received two that were at least a good 8 ounces. One we received a sampler mid tour and was about 4 tablespoons. I don't count that... More

This is a really great brewery tour but a little hard to get in at times. They have a large waiting area in the parking lot where shuttles take you to the brewery. Very informative tour with great samples provided. If you have the option, go at 10am on Monday.

Ok maybe not like Jesus cause I am a wine drinker, but it was a nice way to kill some time. My dad and I were about to drive all the way to Frisco to kill time but I suggested we not drive so far. The Coors plant was a silly way to waste time but being free and definitely... More

The Coors Brewery tour is free. This is nice, but it's also a bit of a problem because the tour ends up attracting a very large crowd. We first tried to take the tour early on a Thursday afternoon, but the line was extremely long. We waited a while and saw how slowly the line was moving and decided to... More

After growing up in Illinois, and enjoying the very rare-to-find Coors beer, we were very disappointed to find that tours were not given the day of our vacation visit. We didn't find anything particularly exciting about the facility and maybe it is now a reflection of what time has done to the brand. Golden CO is a very nice little... More

Nothing beats a free tour with free beer, but the actual tour itself is lackluster. It is a self guided tour, with audio recordings. The front desk messed up our wrist bands and gave us a drink only wrist band, when we wanted the full tour experience, but it didn't really matter since the only thing we missed were some... More

The entire brewery tour is free, and includes 3 samples of what is on tap that day. The tour is self-guided, so it takes as long as you would like.
