My wife was super excited to visit the Coors brewery while we are here in Colorado on vacation. I guess if we had not just recently been to St. Louis to visit the Budweiser brewery the Coors tour might have been better... The Coors tour people should visit STL and take a note or two from the folks at Budweiser.... More

When our party of 13 arrived, they told us before parking that the wait was 2 hours to get a shuttle to go in....we stayed and it was maybe 1 hour, but with so many people in our party, it went by fast. It was hot, but they have the wait area covered with nice misters. Everyone was very friendly.

Takes a while to get to the brewery. I think we stayed in line around 45 minutes. It's worth the tour, just to see the scale on which they brew. Free beer at the end of the tour isn't bad either.

Took a LONG TIME for tour bus to arrive, like 45 minutes. However once inside the tour progressed nicely. Informative guided plant tour with beer sample in the middle and two cold ones at the end. By the way this tour is free. Be sure to plan your tour on a day with guided tours...some days are self-guided.

My husband really wanted to go on the tour, so we did, and I actually found it pretty interesting! If you're in the area, it's worth checking out. We waited in line for under an hour to get on the bus to the brewery. I've heard of waits much longer, and I don't necessarily know I would wait that long... More

If you would like to see how Coors makes beer and you are near the Rocky Mountains, you should stop and take this free tour. Golden is a beautiful little town near Denver. It is a nice drive and the area is really pretty. The day that we stopped to take the tour, the brewery was packed. We had to... More

Maybe it is because last year I toured the Budweiser in St. Louis, and that was amazing that I didn't really feel this was worth it. The tour is free, you wait in line to get on a bus to go about a mile to take the tour. Once there you are giving a wand and the tour is self... More

I've visited Coors many times, and I'm always glad I did. There's no way you can visit Golden without visiting Coors. It makes your entire visit better! The tour is not quite what it used to be, though. Now it's self-guided (you just listen on a handheld player). But you still get to see the inner workings of the gigantic... More

We took a day trip out of Denver to visit the town of Golden and the Coors Brewery but did not think it was worth the time. Just an ordinary tour of a brewery.

Quick recommendations: 1. Although kids are allowed, they will likely not enjoy the tour 2. Be prepared for a wait to get into the facility - long line only partially covered from the elements 3. Plenty of parking - no RVs or larger 4. Might need a designated driver - 3 free beers are offered at the end of the... More
