The Coors Brewery was a great place to visit, And they gave us 3 free beers, a big common area to drink and meet people, a gift shop, and the employees were friendly.

I've taken this tour twice now and really enjoyed it both times. I never had problems with wait times and you get to see lots. They give lots of samples and the gift shop was really cool. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Golden area.

A typical brewery tour. Educational and quite well setup. The tasting room was overwhelmed with Co. School of Mines students drinking their "3 free brews a day". Go early to avoid the college kids.

It was worth the time to take the tour. Waiting times can be long. Get there early. The free beer was very good as well as picking up the usual souvenirs.

I've been on other brewery tours that actually walk through the brewery, packaging facility and warehouse. This one does none of these. Coors brewery is a brief (less than 30 minutes) self-guided, portable audio device listening tour through a glassed-in skyway that meanders through a small portion of the facility. Throughout the hallways are visual displays which provide the viewer... More

I didn't care for the recorders because people would talk and you couldn't hear anything unless you press the recorder to your ear. The lounge was full with not many chairs and it cost $1.50 for a bag of pretzels. The beer was clean and crisp, but it left me wanting to know more about the company. I took a... More

While I like Golden the tour is kind of minimal. You have to wait for a smallish bus to take you there and there isn't a tour guide just a plastic thin which doesn't seem to sanitary. The store is very well stocked with coors and other beer stuff but prices are high. They make a big deal about giving... More

I recommend you tour early , otherwise you have a long wait. It was nice to not have to wait on a tour guide and move at your own pace. Very cool to see the process and taste test ! Five stars for sure !

This was a great way to spend a few hours in Golden. You park your car then catch a bus which takes you on a short tour through Golden before arriving at the brewery. No bags are allowed into the brewery but coats, cameras and water bottles are allowed. There are no lockers available but it states that on their... More

The was a very well organized and FREE tour. We do not drink very often, but decided to take advantage of the free tour to spend some time in the Golden community. Free parking at the brewery, and the attendant will confirm everyone will need a license for the free beer at the end. No purses or bags are allowed... More
