Have repeated the rafting with Blue Sky over a few years and every time it gets better. Wonderful guides, top rate treatment and spectacular views. They were able to accomodate our family from age 4 to 90. Just don't ask how deep the river is. Seemed like a good question at the time and Guide Geof really tried not to... More

If you're thinking about rafting out of Aspen on the Roaring Fork, think again. You'll pay twice as much for half the experience and a quarter of the view (which we mistakenly did in 2007). Instead, take the short drive (45 minutes or so) to Glenwood Springs and at the southeast corner of the historic Hotel Colorado you'll find Blue... More

First we hired bikes and cycled to station 4 where the rafters launch. Bikes were great and staff were friendly so we booked a morning white water rafting trip as well (get a discount if book twice). Our guide lili was fun, informative and made us all feel safe with her excellent guidance through the rapids. The trip is a... More

We wanted to go white water rafting and didn't know which company to choose and ended up choosing Blue Sky Adventures. We did the half day trip at 12:15 on 8/17/13. We had 2 adults and our kids ages 9, 13, and 16 along with a couple we met on the boat from L.A.. Our guide Haley was the best.... More

My 1/2 day on the mighty CO river, was both thrilling ( the Shoshone rapids) and serene ( after the rapids!) . Thanks to the utterly professional Blue Sky operation! Guide Nico was relaxed, capable, joyful. The equipment clean , top- notch. The local owners truly care about the quality of your experience, and safety. Rafting truly leaves you dreaming... More

We booked a Double Shoshone rafting trip and a Canyon Bike Shuttle with them. Everything was well organized and the equipment was excellent. Will do it again sometime.

We needed a rafting trip where the 7, 10, and 13 year old grandsons could join their great grandmother (74 year old) on a rafting experience. Blue Sky really came through for us on meeting this vital requirement. Lucien was our guide and he was extremely patient as the grandsons peppered him with questions about everything that they saw and... More

We signed up for the 3 hour trip. Our guide, James, was great. The safety lecture on the wày toa the Shoshone dam left out ten year old a little freaked out, but once we launched there was no looking back. Judging by the looks on their faces captured by the Blue Sky photographer, no one in the boat left... More

Blue Sky adventure was the first rafting experience for me and my 9 years old son. We both had a blast with this visit! We did the half day adventure and went back for a double shoshone because we could't get enough. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Everybody made sure that we were taking care of from... More
