The vapor caves are amazing! First you walk down a long staircase into the dark steamy caves. The initial room is warm, and as you walk deeper into the caves they become hotter. There are stone benches to sit or lie on, and hot natural spring water bubbles up into little pools in some areas of the caves, making steam... More

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. The vapor caves were incredible! Especially considering the price. Very much worth it. The massage was above average. I would say an 8 out or 10, but overall a great experience.

Me and a few friends went here for a spa day, the front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The massages were amazing and very relaxing along with the caves!

The steam portion is amazing, it is a natural cave that has hot steam. There are streams of hot water running around and lots of different caves for you to relax in. I suggest grabbing a bucket of cold water to put your feet in so you don't over heat. If you do this you can sit in a steamy... More

First of all, this spa lived up to all my expectations! My husband and I came to Yampah for a relaxing treatment, which included the mineral bath together, a couples massage, and time in the vapor caves. Worth every dollar! Service was fantastic, and we felt instant relief from our desk jobs with the massage. The mineral bath was an... More

It really was a nice way to relax and feel refreshed. The caves are a very hot and humid way to sweat it out and relax. There is a cold water shower head and hose in the cave to cool off or fill the small plastic basins to take to your seat. Spend 15 mins in the cave then walk... More

I have been a regular visitor to these caves for over 30 years I have seen the spa ebb and flow with many changes over this period of time. I still love to just sweat it out in the caves. This is not a good place to take children. It is not a high end spa. Don't expect a great... More

Don't take small children because they will not be able to stay in the caves. It can get extremely hot in there.
