We didn't get any of the other treatments offered, but did the vapor caves, and it was very nice. As recommended by another reviewer, try to go during off times when it isn't as busy, you can sit in a section to yourselves, and they provide small plastic tubs you can fill with cold water to dip your feet in... My massage was fantastic, thank you Josh, and my travel companion enjoyed the seaweed wrap, she lost 8 inches over her body. The caves are well maintained and the staff very friendly. More

Visiting the vapor caves was one of the highlights of our trip to Glenwood Springs. Yes, the caves are very hot, but you can cool off near the entrance or with cold water. They also can be a little sulfur-smelling, but I didn't think it was bad. You do leave feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. We didn't do any spa... More

I laughed at some earlier reviews that said the caves were creepy. It's a cave - aren't they all creepy? the vapor caves are definitely caves - they could be described as dimly lit, damp, smelly... but they are wonderfully therapeutic and amazing for your body. We went at opening time on a Monday and I would recommend staying away... More

Still very affordable and their all day access allows multiple visits. Friendly staff and comfortable facility. Best during the week in the mornings when not too crowded. There's always those who refuse to acknowledge or respect the peace and quiet of others as the posted sign clearly suggests and continue to flap their big traps in their best stadium voices.... More

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. Had a very good massage but the whole place is a little run down. If you're looking for a fancy spa this isn't it, but the vapor caves are unique and the massage was good so it's certainly a great way to unwind after skiing! More

Considering that this is a cave with a building on top of it, I guess it isn't surprising that it's dark and dank and kind of creepy. There are various small caverns with benches that you sit or lie on and soak up the vapors from the natural hot springs whose water flows through channels in the floor. When you... More

I went to the caves at the Yampah Spa (caves only - no spa services). The caves were $12 which seemed high for what you got. It did not feel like you were in a cave...it was a like a hot dungeoun that smelled like rotten eggs. I thought bats were going to fly out and attack me at anytime,... More

I visited Yampah Spa in Glenwood Sprigns a few weeks ago. The vapor caves are an absolute treat for $12 but the Spa treatment not so much. My friend and I signed up for the Herbal Wrap ($70) and came away more stressed and frustrated. The wrap consisted of us lying between 2 hot towels and laying there for 20... More
