This is a great place. We went just for the vapor caves and loved it. I felt so cleansed, warm, rubbery, relaxed, happy, peaceful, all around great after spending a few hours there. Keep hydrated, and take lots of breaks to cool down. We spent over two hours there and I could easily return, it was wonderful...

This was the first time we tried this. It's not for everyone. I felt like a cold soda and a hot day. I was covered in condensation almost immediately after entering the the caves. They stay at about 150-160 degrees year round. After sitting for a bit, then standing up, the heat can get to you. The caves have very... More

Decided to take a trip to Glenwood to enjoy the caves for an afternoon after learning they are 1 of only 2 natural vapor caves in the world (the others are in Northern Italy). It was very cool. You walk down a steep staircase to an underground cave that smells of sulphur & is hot & steamy. The natural caves... More

Went to use gift certificate for massage. Switched to man/pedi/facial with Erin. She is excellent. Request her for any spa services you may need. She cuts hair, as well. As far as spa treatments and facilities go, I do still prefer Hot Springs of the Rockies for little things like massage chair vs straight back chair for pedicure time and... More

We went twice (in a two-day trip!) I can't speak for the spa services, but the caves are awesome. It's very hush hush down there, so you have to be quiet (mostly), but we really enjoyed it. Be sure to take a bottle of water down with you and if you're shy about the locker room (it's a small open... More

I really did not know what to expect. I am not a "spa" person, but it was raining and we were looking for fun things to do indoors. We had a coupon from our hotel for 5.00 off, so we decided the vapor caves would make it an inexpensive way to spend the evening indoors. It was wonderful! You have... More

There isn't anything to dislike. Great place! The staff was super. Well kept and clean. Everyone should try a body wrap along with the caves.

Several of our friends and family recommended that we visit the vapor caves. We are so glad that we did! As guests of Hotel Colorado, we were able to show our room key and receive $5 off a day pass. The caves were busy but we were able to find a seat. We will definitely return!!

What a great way to end an active day. Staff was knowledgable and gave us a mini tour before we selected our purchases! My body said "Yes" so relaxing and my arthric feet thanked me!

The vapour caves are very therapeutic and relaxing. More enjoyable than a traditional sauna, although there is a slight sulphur odor. The massage was very good and my masseuse Veronica was top notch. The facility itself was dated and so bad. Guys locker room was 4' wide by 12' long, imagine changing here. The showers were borderline grungy. The massage... More
