The vapour caves are very therapeutic and relaxing. More enjoyable than a traditional sauna, although there is a slight sulphur odor. The massage was very good and my masseuse Veronica was top notch. The facility itself was dated and so bad. Guys locker room was 4' wide by 12' long, imagine changing here. The showers were borderline grungy. The massage... More

Very relaxing and very affordable! We did the mineral bath and vapor caves. We felt like noodles when we were done. Very clean and enjoyable!

Both my husband and I had great massages. I enjoyed the Vapor Caves but didn't stay long because my husband isn't a fan of caves. It was HOT and felt really good. The whole locker room and transition from massage to caves was a little confusing.

We have been here several times and enjoyed each visit. Robes and towels are provided. Go down into the vapor caves where the temperature is 110+ degrees. These are natural caves with some dim lighting installed. There are several different rooms in the cave. Sit on the stone benches and feel yourself relax and the perspiration pour off. You should... If one has the time, this is a treat after hiking, biking or skiing. Plan ahead and reserve a massage and then go down into the caves for another relaxing time. This beats a brightly lit spa and it has to be good for you.

Definitely worth a visit. Very hot and steamy, but in a good way. There is an area to retreat to so that you can regain your normal body temperature. Locker facility is a little cramped.

Honestly, I came to this "Spa" with really high expectations. WOW was I let down. The facilities are old, outdated, and smell horrible. My husband booked me a package deal (bath, mud wrap, and massage). The treatment started with a bath. I was so confused. NO instructions. How long am I supposed to sit in tepid water? Am I supposed... More

We spent about 2 hours at the Yampah Vapor Caves. We spent 15-20 minutes at a time in the caves then would come up and cool off in the solarium. I get the impression that it gets pretty busy there but while we were there (10am-noon on a Sunday) it was way more relaxing than the Glenwood Hot Springs because... More

The vapor caves were really cool. It only takes 5 mins before you are covered in sweet, ready for a cool down. My wife and I also really enjoyed the private hot springs. You could go to the hot springs that is jam packed with people or you could go to Yampah and get the hot springs pumped straight into... More
