A lot smaller than I thought, but very neat spot. There are three cave rooms that are all connected. Cool water tap was available in the caves which were nice to have. Benches are made of rock and aren't very comfortable to relax on. overall, it was fun place to visit. Bring flip flops and a bathrobe would have been... More

This place is amazing. So relaxing and the staff were so friendly. We had a hot rock body massage that lasted over an hour. We were so relaxed after the massage and vapor caves we knew that we would be back the next time to Glenwood Springs. Highly recommend this place if you want to pamper yourself. The cost is... More

I can say enough about how much I love this place! They are so courteous and friendly. The vapor caves are wonderful. I had my first sugar scrub and it felt amazing! Massage is always a great treat. The staff is amazing and make you feel so welcome!

My husband and I visited the Spas on my 36th birthday in October, it was just what we both needed. Our package included, the hot caves, mineral soak, mineral body wrap, and a lovely body massage. We were at the spa for about 3 hours, which felt good no kids just adults, very relaxed and all smiles. We will be... More

Worth it. This has been one of the destinations on my list for a while now. It's one of those iconic freeway side show attractions that are always compelling but your not sure about. I can tell you that this is unique and an interesting experience. We only spent time in the caves so not sure about the other spa... More

Had my first pedicure, not really a guy thing, would recommend it! Very clean, friendly staff, very helpful. Caves are nice with different rooms some hotter than others. Great place to get the stress out.

My friend took me to Glenwood Springs to enjoy the Yampah Vapor Caves for a belated birthday gift. It's always been on my bucket list. I will definitely make this a several times a year event. I took a hot spring mineral bath for relaxation. Then I indulged in the vapor caves. These are underground caves which are natural geothermal... More

My husband and I both enjoyed our visit. the cave is dimly lit and the very peaceful and quiet. You go in and out of the vapor cave to cool off and hydrate in the solarium. The staff at the front desk was very nice and informative. Full spa with several additional treatments available. We would recommend. would love to... More

My boyfriend and I visited Glenwood Springs over Labor Day weekend. We decided to treat ourselves to massages on our last night in town. We were quite surprised that there was availability on such short notice, especially for 2 people. After a long day of hiking and sightseeing we were very much looking forward to a relaxing massage to end... More

We love the caves. The amount of healing and rejuvenation we get after just a short time is worth the time to drive from Denver, and the money. I only stayed in the caves a short while, my wife a lot more time. Then it's up to the solarium for some cooler rest. Such a relaxing place!
