We participated in a half day paddle today. While there wasnt alot of water in the river, it was great fun, our guide experienced and professional. I thought it was very good value for money and fabulous fun while seeing the Rocky Mountains from the river. We are fast approaching 60 and would recommend this trip - especially at the... More

Casey and the other guides led us superbly in this whitewater rafting adventure. After an exciting bus trip to the start of our course, it was a once in a lifetime journey my family and I will never forget. 6 of us spanning 3 generations all had a fab time with our leader; and none of us fell out! Well... More

My mom and I did a half day trip on the Poudre river. We had Casey as our guide and he's awesome. He was very level-headed and collected, and knows what he's doing. It's clear that safety is a huge priority for MWD, but they also have a lot of fun. I feel like we received the full rafting experience... More

This was the first time rafting for both my daughter and I and we had a GREAT time. We did the PM Splash. The guides are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Our guide was Drew and he was amazing! He sat my 8 year old daughter right in front of him and made sure that she stayed in the raft. I was... More

We took the splash half day trip on the Poudre river. Everyone at Mountain Whitewater Descents was friendly and helpful. Our guide, Ben, was amazing! We all felt very safe with him. He was knowledgable and funny. We can't wait to raft again with Ben when the water is higher.

We have done whitewater rafting in West Virginia and rafting in Colorado was a completely different experience! We definitely should have done our research because we weren't prepared. We booked the am splash. Afterwards we felt that taste of whitewater rafting described in the brochure was not what we received. The experience was difficult and scary, we just weren't prepared.... I did a half day stand up paddleboard trip on Horsetooth Reservoir with MWD's guide Laura. This was an awesome experience! I had already done a rafting trip with this company, so I knew the quality of guides would be some of the best. Stand up paddleboarding is new to me and Laura made me feel very comfortable. She was... More

We had Drew for a guide and he could not have been a better guide. We leaned a lot as this was our first time with a group of seven family members ranging from Grandma down to 10 yrs. We learned teamwork is important to make it fun and enjoyable and safe for all. The whole crew at Mountain Whitewater... More

My family has been enjoying whitewater rafting for years around the country. Late in May we had occasion to enjoy the Plunge with a first and second time rafters. We were blessed to have Drew as our guide. His attention to detail and learning his team made for a great trip. We were glad to have a true pro allstar... More
