My wife and I did the Poudre Extreme on the 4th of July. This is our 4th trip with MWD and 3rd time on the Poudre Extreme. Since the Extreme is a smaller boat there is a good chance you are going swimming and we did twice, once while surfing and the other on Pine View the largest rapid. Both... More

Such a great whitewater experience! Dan was very knowledgable and a fantastic guide! The only reason I rated very good and not excellent was the HORRIBLE customer service at the "gift tent". Alyssa and Sierra were very rude. They need to take a lesson in customer service if they are going to work with the public. What should have been... More

Granted I booked this particular company simply on the basis of the fact that they had a bar for enjoying at the end of the day, which was indeed a great bar I later discovered. But, I got lucky in that this company was a class act. From the raft guides, to the ladies who check you in, to the... More

This is an excellent group of people to raft with. The check in was quick and simple and everyone was very friendly. Drew (gator) was our guide and he did an awesome job of making sure we all had a great time and hit all of the big stuff. We have rafted the royal gorge and we thought this trip... More

This place is the best! We are in Fort Collins for a softball tournament and took a group of 14 on the 12 mile trip down the Poudre River with class 3 and 4 Rapids. Our group age ranged from 50 to 11. From Drew to Jed all the guys were amazing and have nothing but your safety and fun... More

Mountain Whitewater Descents does an excellent job. They are well organized, give a good safety explanation, and then when on the water it is a ton of fun. They are willing to hit big waves and play in rollers and holes, but still stay safe. I raced and ran whitewater for decades, and taught kayaking, and I appreciated the subtle... More

We were with a group of 8 people of varying abilities. 4 adults 4 kids. The safety briefing was VERY comprehensive, and i thought we lost 1 adult due to fear, however, she stuck with it -- and at the end the most Fearful adult was the one asking when we could do it again! Drew our guide was fabulous,... More

This is our 3rd "girlfriend" trip with Mountain Whitewater - and every time has been a blast! I would highly recommend the company, guides, facility, gear, etc. We have done the all-day Mishawaka trip and enjoy the lunch! Yummy!

What a great experience! We had three rafts -- one with six teen girls! Our guides were awesome--I was a bit nervous, never having rafted rapids previously, but had a great time! Our guide was Tracy, and she was great. The girls raved about Wally, and I think he did most of the work!
