These people are very creative. Fun for all ages. Take a walk through the zoo. Great to bring a picnic lunch and eat inside the zoo.

My college son and husband had their doubts when we pulled into the parking lot, but within a few feet of the entrance were enthralled with the detail of the creatures. They both were fascinated with the car parts they could identify and how they were used. I loved the expressive faces - so whimsical! It was well worth the... More

It is a hidden gem right off the highway, and is free ... So why not stop and take a peek and throw a few dollars in the donation box? It was a super windy day when we visited, but I could see coming back and eating a picnic lunch under the bug, next to the river, some day when... More

We all looked at each other... where have we landed? Well we get out of the car, and we immediately knew it was going to be cool. It was. The sculpture is imaginative and engaging. We brought a picnic and sat under the VW beetle by the river. Loved every minute of it!

As the only person in the family who lives anywhere remotely enjoyable, I entertain out of town visitors quite a bit. This is always a token stop on my tours and everyone enjoys it, regardless of age. It is free unless you make a donation. I notice new things and enjoy myself every time I go, and I've been there... Swetsville Zoo is a unique spot right off of the Harmony exit in Fort Collins/Timnath by the Costco. It is donation only, really interesting, and inhabits a nice spot on the water. Kid-friendly (just make sure they know not to touch- it's rusty and sometimes sharp metal), picnic-lunch friendly, and a place to spend a nice morning or afternoon. I... More

This was a great place to spend a few minutes stretching our legs. The creativity was incredible! Enjoyed each piece of art! Would stop here again to stroll around as I'm passing through. No charge for admittance, but they do accept donations, and they are well worth it! Thank you for sharing your art!

Wonderful, fun, hidden gem of a place! Bring a picnic lunch, or romantic dinner and wine, and sit by the river to soak it all in.

Being new to Fort Collins, there are all sorts of things to look for and places to explore. I'm so happy that this was on TripAdvisor! My mom and I stopped by after a trip out of town so it was getting close to sunset. However, the little museum was still open and only a few other people were there... More
