I recently took the Raft Guiding Class offered by Rocky Mountain Adventures and was quite impressed. The class is designed to offer basic instruction on guiding paddle rafts through whitewater and is well suited for people looking to expand their raft guiding skills or first timers interested in gaining serious rafting experience. During the 4 day class we learned the... More

One of the best adventures our family has had in recent memory. From the initial phone call reservation to the post-rafting shopping, everyone at RMA was wonderful, friendly and professional. I researched other vendors and was impressed with the amount of info RMA provided on its website and over the phone. We came with our 3 grandkids aged 9 &... More

First off, the price is great. We looked into several different things to do and this was one of the most affordable for things to do for a family of 4. My youngest is 7 and just meets the requirements to go on this adventure. I was nervous going in, but now that we did it, there is nothing to... More

We have been on many different rafting trips in Colorado and this was by far the most fun we've ever had. Stefan our raft guide was funny and very knowledgeable. Bus trip was even fun which is really impressive considering it's a school bus. Well done RMA we will definitely choose you next time!

My friends and I travelled from Nashville TN to have a Rocky Mountain adventure (punny I know), and we decided to go white water rafting. We tried to find something for our budget and happened upon the lower poudre route. Our guide Kathleen Hamel was absolutely fantastic! She kept us all in the boat as well as taking us down... More

We had a ton of fun with our guide Kirk, he was knowledgeable and friendly. They were professional and courteous, we will definitely return, when we visit Colorado again. Next time for the same guide but a full day trip!

My extended family signed up for a half-day rafting trip on the Lower Cache la Poudre Rever with Rocky Mountain Adventures on 7/11/14. We drove down to Fort Collins from Estes Park (~75 min. drive). The group consisted of 3 kids (ages: 9, 12, 15) and 4 adults participated. We had an absolute blast. Jeff S. was excellent. He was... More

We try to raft the Poudre River at least once a year. This year we were only able to fit in a Class II/Class III trip and had a great time. Our guide, Cory, was able to make the best of a rough situation where two of us were experienced and two others were not, and they were quite vocal... More
