I am a frequent client at Trimble spa, I have been to many of their therapist for massage. Hands down they have the most qualified, client supportive staff in town.

I've been coming to this hot springs for years with my family and dealing with the curt, unfriendly staff for about as long. We've kept going because the hot springs pool is very comfortable for my young daughter (not too hot). But after our last experience I don't think we will be going back! First we had to wait for... A very nice area to visit. They do charge for everything extra you may need such as towels, lockers, etc. Bring your own towel and avoid the $2 charge. These Hot Springs seem to be utilized by alot of locals for good reason. Beside the hot springs which are similar to a smaller pool with mineral stains divided into 2... More

This place is way overpriced. There's really only one hot spring pool that is separated into 2 but it's for therapy only, meaning no swimming, splashing and you have to be quite. The big pool was too cold for the winter months. Maybe in the summer it's more family friendly but during this time of the year it's not. They... More

We've been here a couple of times. If you avoid Tuesdays, it's really quiet. I like really hot water, of which there is one pool that's hot. It's clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that I think it's expensive.

While the place could probably use some renovations, especially in the dressing/shower rooms, we had a pleasant experience. The sauna was also nice. January is probably the month with the least number of people, so the relaxation pool was not crowded, and we enjoyed it. I read in other reviews that sometimes the kids ruin their "relaxation mode" but we... More

I had to leave a review after my massage. Keagan is awesome. I've had many deep tissue massages and she is by far one of the most gifted and talented therapist. The private hot spring was also amazing, espicially with the cold temperatures.
