If you are there for the brewery tour (which is fun) - drink up your beer before it starts! That way, they give you a fresh one for free. Along with the micro-brewery beers, there is food available from "the container" - excellent caesar salad and flatbread/pizza. They also have a nice beer garden with games - great place to... More

This brewery was on our list of brewpubs to try on our recent Colorado trip. Enjoyed the couple of different IPA's that were on tap, but liked the Mandarina IPA the best. They also make a tasty Pinstripe Red Ale that I had tried before getting to Durango. The staff was very friendly and were happy to answer all our... More

Stopped by SKA to check out the brew pub. Was not impressed. Firstly, they have a restaurant, so you would expect that once you sit down, someone would come by to ask how they could help us. WRONG.... There were 3 or 4 ladies behind the bar, so we waited about 5 minutes to be served but when nothing happened,... More

We stopped in one afternoon after mentioned by the host of our B&B. What a surprise! I never expected to find this place in the midst of the industrial area. Great atmosphere for an afternoon beer. The tour of the facility was awesome and ended with a sampling of the product coming off the production line.

Food is average quality, most meals costs $10-13. A Beer is $3 or $5. => Cheap beer, rather expensive food.

Sort of a fun casual spot. In the Bodo Industrial Park so can be hard to find the first time. Beer drinker in the family said beer is very good, reasonably priced. We didn't try the food but will next trip based on earlier reviews. You do buy it separately from the bar. No wine available so I had root... More

Interesting set up. The bar is run separately from the restaurant so you have to order food and pay for it aside from your bar tab. None the less, the burger was above average and the fries were exceptional. The pizza was good but not great. The ladies serving the beer were very helpful and attentive. As you would expect... We don't drink and this is one of our favorite places to eat. Great food. We love the crust on the pizza - always cooked to perfection and flavorful. The sandwiches are terrific. The chicken jerk sandwich (and I don't like spicy foods) is terrific. It comes with a side salad that is perfect (and huge). We went on a... More

Durango is known as the Napa Valley of beer for good reason. There are 6 breweries in Durango as of this post, and I have enjoyed all of them. Ska is in a league by itself. They offer a wide assortment of beers; from killer stouts to incredible blonde varieties. They also have frequent release parties for their seasonal offerings,... More

We went here to taste their beers and they were outstanding. The atmosphere here was warm and friendly. That day they had a band outside playing, they were great. The food served here was just delicious. We had their wood oven pizza and their wings(they are hot but sooo good).
