I took a two hour horse trek with a small group from my Contiki tour in May 2015. The trek was beautiful as we went into bushland, with wide ranging views of the snow capped Colorado mountains. My horse was easy to handle, which was great since it has been many years since I have been on a horse. We... More

We were so happy with our whole experience. We had two adults and three teens (most of us with no riding experience) and did the 1 hour ride. The horses were very good natured and well trained. The scenery was so amazing, it felt unreal! We truly loved our guide, Tymbree. She was very genuine and so sweet natured, as... More

This is an excellent corral with great horses and a superb staff. We had a great time riding to the cave and exploring the cave.

This was the highlight of our trip. We did the cave ride. The wranglers were so great and friendly. My son rode yuma and i was lucky enough to ride bear (the movie horse). I will definitely book this ride again. My son has decided to move here and work at this corral he hasn't stopped talking about this trip.... More

We've been to a lot of stables around the country, but this one was by far the best! The staff was phenomenal, the horses were outstanding, the trail ride was fantastic, and the views were breathtaking! What more can I say? Don't miss this one, just GO! Thanks again to Dominique, our guide. . . For an unforgettable experience! Jeff... More

I went to Rapp Corral right at the beginning of the summer and it was the best horse back ride I've ever been on! The scenery was beautiful and the weather was perfect. My guide, Tymbree, was so sweet and made my experience one to remember. I will for sure be riding with Rapp Corral again soon - it's a... More

After having been rained out once, we rescheduled our ride and kept our fingers crossed. Luckily, the second time was a charm and we were able to take our hour-long trail ride. Three of us had some experience and one had never been on a horse. Our guide, Tymberlee carefully chose our horses for us, then she and Morgan did... More

Rapp Corral is the place to go for seeing the majestic vistas that the San Juan Mountains have to offer from horseback. The owner Anne Rapp, an amazing horse woman and guide, put together our itinerary. We stayed three nights in Durango and went out on 3 completely different day rides. Day one consisted of a canyon ride that brought us... More
