3 adults did the Ponderosa (6 zips) tour with guides Jessie and James. Very fun. There is a hike up to the first line, but I don't think this is unusual as I did a zip line in TX and had to hike there too. Being from TX, our lungs aren't used to the altitude but no worries, Jessie and... More

I went with my wife and 3 children ages 6, 8, 8 and they had a blast. They say it was their best adventure yet. Our guides James and Brittney were very friendly, knowledgeable and safe. We only did the top 6 because we were worried if the kids would like it or not, but now I wish we would... More

We booked this 12 span zip line tour as part of a package with a rafting adventure. My teenage girls enjoyed it very much and thought the guides were very nice and professional. As a parent, I appreciated all the emphasis on safety. There is a nice covered patio on the roof with comfortable seating that is perfect for taking... More

We decided to go zip lining here and I was shocked- $450 for 3 people. We had to hike up to the first platform; not an easy task at 7000 ft. We got to zip to 6 different platforms, then hike back down. I've been to other zip lines, this is not worth the $149/pp price tag.

We booked this through Outlaw Adventures which has a cooperation with this zip line center. My husband had been on zip lines before in the Smokey Mountains, but i had never been. The two guides were very knowledgeable, polite, informative, encouraging, pleasant, and practiced consistent safety practices for each person. I think we had about 15 in our group. They... More

My husband and I did this as a fun thing for our anniversary and it was a blast! The zip lines were fast and fun and the staff was amazing. You just need to remember that you will be grouped with whoever else booked that time and you (or your guides) never know who you'll get. We unfortunately had some... More

My first time zip lining. It was a blast! I took 5 teenage boys and we had the best time. I would definitely recommend this zip lining tour. The guides where extremely friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. The entire staff was great. I was nervous being that it was my first time and everyone made me feel... More

My 5 year old son & I went on the Grande Zipline trip. The first 2 hours are spent with a larger group of guests & 2 excellent guides. The final hour is spent with just you & the 2 guides. That was the highlight of the trip as the guides were SO good with my son. He really enjoyed... More

This was the best experience we could ever ask for. Our guides we absolutely fantastic. Brittany and Cole kept the entire experience fun, telling stories and jokes and keeping everyone at ease. They didn't push you to go, they were so reassuring the whole time. We couldn't have asked for a better time!

Our family did the 12 line Zip. Jesse and James were great guides!! The first 6 lines are a good warm up for the last 6 which are intense!! Our 6 and 10 year old sons enjoyed all 12 lines! The guides were very good at making sure everyone had a great time and made us first timers feel very... More
