A great Tour in Denver

Dave was my guide yesterday and it was my pleasure spending the afternoon with hom. He told a lot of Denver's history and buildings. I learnt a lot and enjoyed the tour.

All in all, a very average tour. We started off the morning on the "Mountain Parks Tour" which was very well executed. Our guide, Rod, led us to Red Rock park, Lookout Mountain, Bear Creek Canyon, and the surrounding foothill communities. This tour was well timed and executed. Rod was knowledgable and well spoken and explained landmarks, homes, and natural... More

We went for the combo Denver's Mountains Park Tour + Denver's city tour. The morning was dedicated to Denver's Mountains Park system. The whole drive wich lasts aprox. 4 hours, with stops in places of great interests, is full of great scenary, being the amazing red rock amphitheater the highlight. Bufallo Bill's museum is also a must see and the entrance... More

Went in the off season of January 2015 so it was a small group; the sights still stood out despite the snow cover & snow fall but what impressed and interested me most was the care and skill our tour guide and driver as he negotiated the snowy, icy travel from Denver to the various places. I enjoyed the majestic... More

We took the Gray Line Parks Tour out of Denver Colorado because we wanted especially to see the Red Rock Ampitheater. Spectacular. The sights were magnificent; the Tour bus picked us up on time just a quarter block down the street from the Comfort Inn. Also included: Bear Creek Canyon & Wild Bill Cody Museum. Enjoyed the sights without having... More

Denver, we are told, is working toward developing day tour offerings and that Grey Line was the only game in town. This is basically true! Gerald was our tour guide--he was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the Combo tour through which we saw the Red Rocks amphitheater, Buffalo Bill gravesite and much more. The city tour was equally grand--so glad... More

I took the combo tour today and was very happy with the sights and the schedule. Our tour guide Darcy was super knowledgable and friendly. This was the perfect tour as I only had one day to spend on sightseeing. In the morning we toured in the area outside of Denver. This was picturesque and interesting. After an hour to... More

If you do one day tour in Denver, choose this one, as it gives you the most scenery for your money. Here's the lowdown: Pros: + Prompt pick-up at 7:15am from Aurora hotel, dropped us off at the Grey Line facility and we were on our way at 8:30am + Comfortable air-conditioned bus with capacity of 20 (five rows of... I joined the day tour from Denver to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Air Force Academy. The driver was nice and he gave us an 'insider' tour of the AF Academy e.g. their gym and training facilities, etc. But then we ended up spending too much time there and not enough time at the other destinations - we...
