I took the combo tour today and was very happy with the sights and the schedule. Our tour guide Darcy was super knowledgable and friendly. This was the perfect tour as I only had one day to spend on sightseeing. In the morning we toured in the area outside of Denver. This was picturesque and interesting. After an hour to... More

If you do one day tour in Denver, choose this one, as it gives you the most scenery for your money. Here's the lowdown: Pros: + Prompt pick-up at 7:15am from Aurora hotel, dropped us off at the Grey Line facility and we were on our way at 8:30am + Comfortable air-conditioned bus with capacity of 20 (five rows of... I joined the day tour from Denver to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Air Force Academy. The driver was nice and he gave us an 'insider' tour of the AF Academy e.g. their gym and training facilities, etc. But then we ended up spending too much time there and not enough time at the other destinations - we... We only had a short time in Denver due to a stop over from the Californian Zephyr. We booked the combo - a morning tour out into the surrounding countryside and then a city tour in the afternoon. Our guide, Rod, was very accommodating. He stored our luggage and then took us to Union Station at the end of the... More

We took the day trip to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We knew we were in for a long day but were not prepared for how tedious the trip would be. Fred was our driver and he was definitely one of a kind. Pick up from the hotel was prompt. Scenery was spectacular, especially after getting into the park. A... More

.Booked the Denver city tour through Viator on line. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at the Cherry Creek Mall. The tour begins here..We had to wait a short time for the person who sold the tickets. (our tickets were prepaid on line but others had to buy tickets on the spot) Once the tour started... More

Second time I've done this tour, seven years apart, my travel companion's first time in the area, so a good orientation for her. There was a mix up with the hotel collection, we had to drive 15 minutes to another hotel as the person who took the booking made a mistake, saying they didn't collect at our hotel, I think... More

I found this company to be friendly and professional. I saw other companies that cancel tours if they don't have enough people. When I called about the particular date I wanted to go, they said that they already have people signed up so it's going for sure. We had 8 total on our tour, so at the most when I... More

This had to be the worst tour guide ever. He kept giving us CONSTANT traffic updates, every two minutes. I have the voice recording to prove it. We only got 20 minutes at the Air Force Academy and just drove 15 minutes through the Garden of the Gods - that was it!! What a disappointment for $100. Wrote to Corporate... More

Took Grayline Tour to Pikes Peak/Manitou, Garden of Gods, Air Force Academy... The Good: Grayline bailed us out after another tour company left us cancelled at the last minute. The schedule was prompt and effective, and everyone was friendly. The guide was excellent in his content. The Bad: Sound on the bus was very poor. We think the guide was... More
