Interesting combination of shops from lux to everyday. Best thing I saw was a wide variety of eateries that were relaxed and made for spending time with friends.

Nice atmosphere and décor. The food was large portioned, but very below expectation. My prime rib was very dry and bland. "Seasonal green vegetable" was the prescribed "side" - boiled spinach?? No flavor, no seasoning, nothing. Just boiled. The appetizer (Dip Duo) was sub-par at best. The wife's beef rib plate was decent. For $100 for dinner for two people,... More

Used to be a fun mix of high end stores, specialty shops, and locally owned retailers. Used to be able to find parking, for free. The surrounding neighborhood used to be an eclectic mix of homes. Now the neighborhood is all very high end homes. Gone is the free parking, so expect to pay. Mom and pop stores replaced with... More

Strolling down 2nd and 3rd avenue is comparable to the great outdoor shopping districts of other wonderful upscale cities. There are a lot of local businesses that specialize in art, jewelry, fashion and just great food choice. You can spend at least 8 hours walking around and enjoying the various shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the area's greedy landlords are getting... More

This area is basically an outdoor mall spread over several blocks. There are many high end and unique stores to shop at, and a variety of restaurant options. I recommend parking across the street at the mall; it is easier to find parking there.

Saturday afternoon and had to drive around a few blocks for 15 minutes for a space. A few interesting, non-chain stores.

There are some interesting big stores on the periphery, and The Cherry Cricket is a good place to eat, but parking seems limited and there are too many nonshopping options to make it much of a destination on it's own.

We love Crate & Barrel and next door to it is another great kitchen store. Many cute, cute artsy stores and lots of fun items to buy.

I went to a restaurant for lunch, parked on a side street, and came out to a $50 parking ticket on my car for not being a "resident of the area". Apparently, they don't appreciate non resident's business. I say "BOYCOTT THIS ELITIST AREA" because if you patronize it, you are liable to get fined. Almost as good as Edgewater... More

I was surprised to drive in the free parking garage and was at the entrance door and all stores we planned to shop at were in close proximity. As I use a cane this was very convenient. Very clean and attractive mall. We shopped at Macy's, Journey's, Wetzel Pretzels was a delicious lunch. Forever 21 did not have the plus... More
