Where does every concert goer want to be located at the antiquated Fillmore Auditorium? Front and center, by the stage of course, which is possible if you time it right. Crushed like sardines we stood at the Robert Plant show about 7 rows (if there is such a thing as a row) from the event stage. We could see the... More

The Fillmore has always been one of my favorite venues. Enough bar outlets, can see from anywhere and a designated smoking area. The acoustics are really good. Only negative is that the "floor" is not on a slant. That would make it perfect.

If your under 18 you don't care if it is dirty and old and stinky with no air flow and sweating to death, because you are seeing your favorite band!!! But they do need to make it nicer and try to get air flow in there. No seating hardly at all so make sure you know you will be standing... More

I saw The Glitch Mob here on 2014-04-26 with three others and we had an excellent time. I bought table tickets so we didn't have to endure the primarily "standing" layout of the venue. The layout of the Fillmore is pretty straightforward: the main floor "standing" area; about 11 tables with four chairs each (labeled "A" through "K" I believe)... More

I saw Volbeat at this venue it was my first time going there I had no idea what to expect. There are no seats in the place, it's all standing room only. You have to get there really early to get a good spot on the floor or you can stand on the sides. They did have seats on the... More

I'm really surprised that there are not more reviews about The Fillmore. This is a place I have been visiting for the past 8 years. I have never been here when the entire place isn't packed with people. I have been in both general admission and reserved seating. Depending on what you are interested in, both are good choices. I... Yeah, it's an old building and so maybe it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a fancy concert hall, but this place is fun. We were there for the first time in early May and drove a long ways to get to the show. I didn't know what to expect but had done some research online. The floor... More

Unfortunately the bands that I've seen in concert pick this venue to perform at more than any other place that I've been. I do like that it's a smaller venue and you feel a little more up close and personal. But the acoustics are horrible.....loud but no depth. Plus, you gotta love the warm beer. I'm just sayin'.....
