Civic center park

It is exciting to walk to the Civic Center park. There is a lot of things to do there. Relax and eat a ice cream cone

I go to Civic Center Park all the time for lunch breaks. It has a view of the Capital as well as the Civic Center. Very pleasant.

I recently had the opportunity to view Civic Center Park. It is a wonderful venue for seeing state capital of Colorado. There was a festival going on and I was amazed at how very well organized it was, and how clean the park was being kept with such a large number of people.

Went to the area for the People's Fair. Love the old buildings that surround it, the sunking area, the view of the Capital and Civic Center. Wish they'd hold movie nights there but it is a place for the homeless when there isn't an event. Too bad, would be a wonderful venue.

Nice park to have a picnic and walking around to visit some historical site and also a nice place to have a walk.

This park is in a great location and is surrounded by art, literature, law and government. The main downside are all the homeless folks hanging around and apparently living here. The city appears to put a lot of effort into keeping this place groomed but the efforts are for not. The degree of homelessness in this city is truly sad.

This is a fantastically located area of downtown Denver, and though I was in the midst of the job-hunt, I passed through this park many times. The classic architecture of the many civic buildings dot the distant background, even as ultra-modern skyscrapers loom beyond them. Here and there historical objecté and towering bronzes fill in an immaculately groomed landscape. The... More

Especially great since it was revitalized! I love Civic Center Eats--on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the summer, Denver's best food trucks gather in the park for an outdoor cafeteria lunch hour. They also host events like yoga in the park on Monday evenings.

We attended the Cinco de Mayo festival at the downtown Civic Center Park. The park area was fenced off with multiple entry points at each corner monitored by security, but the line moved quickly and the crowds were well managed. No entry fee or tickets required -- just working the crowd control. The park itself is impressive: it is bordered... More

Lots of homeless hanging around lots of people drinking very bad for the image. Of the city the police should clean that up. Lots of people selling pot in that park l would stay away. From that place no good
