This is a interactive awareness program that educates its visitors as to the terrorism facing the world...including the United States. This exhibit educates and empowers! If your visit is done as part of a group, you get the added benefit of a tour guided by a member of the "CELL" staff. Regardless of how it is done, it is a... More

For the most part, the Cell didn't really engage me. While it's a good thing to be reminded of the atrocities carried out by terrorists, some of the material on display seems to be made with the view of inducing fear or paranoia e.g. "Be scared! Terrorists are potentially all around you right now!". A sense of proportion is lacking.... More

Came across this museum on my way to the Denver Art Museum and decided to see what it was all about. Although I wasn't necessarily ready for how graphic the content would be, I found the museum to be very informative and surprisingly current for how interactive it was. They had headlines from the major events that took place recently... More

Like many of the other reviews i thought there could have been more.It doesn't take long to get through the entire place, probably an hour or so. Some of the images can be pretty graphic. It really does help to raise your awareness of what great lengths these terrorists go to in order to accomplish their mission. Pretty scary if... More

We visited this museum over the 4th of July weekend. While small, we were impressed with the information presented. Some of the material view/videos shown are graphic and I do agree that young children should not visit. The museum suggests no one under the age of 14 view the exhibit. We did not know the museum existed and found it... More

Unless you are a voyeur or devotee of acts of terrorism ad nauseum, or have way too much time on your hands, don't bother! Once inside, you are trapped as they move you from gory video to talking heads to exhibits of pipe bombs, suicide vests and Molotov cocktails by opening and closing doors to rooms as you shuffle along... Location postings non-existant and very hard to find. Walked by it several times before tripping over entrance. Once inside, still not certain of what was in store for me. Staff friendly, but more interested in conversations between each other than with customers. Presentation methods pretty boring. Frankly, information no more than what you would find on internet. Not very informative.... More

it's like watching creepy pro-war, pro-fear propaganda youtube videos but you pay and it's in public. a totally waste of space and money, this place ought to be bulldozed. it's an embarrassment to Denver and right next to the art museum and library. what a shameful place. no attempt is made to educate people about the complexity of the issues...just... My husband & I took my retired Air Force brother visiting from VA to the CELL Museum. First, we were greeted by 2 very friendly, informative people at the counter that got us started on the self guided tour. Unless you live under a rock, much of the information you should be aware of as far as most recent acts... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed CELL and worth the adult ticket of $8 each. Some of the exhibits are graphic but the overall intent is to raise one's awareness of terrorism and to be alert to what's happening around us. Given the horrors of terrorism over the last 20 years, surely we would all want to know how we... More
