We visited this winery based on the great reviews online. We were so impressed & pleased! The building is beautiful, the small plates were outstanding and the wine is impressive! We sampled at least 20 pours, 1oz each and were surprised & pleased with each and every one. The staff were so welcoming & knowledgable! And most impressive was the... More

I love visiting Balistreri. Their (fairly) new tasting room is awesome and they (still) offer free tastings but it's almost impossible without leaving with a bottle. I love the last harvest (a bit sweeter) reds. I don't care of the couple of whites that tye have. They now have a nice food menu as well.

I am from Denver and love going to this vineyard whenever we can. They make wine the old school way and is a family run operation. Free tastings and delicious wine. They give you a tour and the food is amazing too. We go at least once a month. Great hidden gem in Commerce City!

This winery hidden in the industrial district of Denver, is such a cute spot. Would be an amazing venue for a wedding. We often stop for lunch they have a tasting bar and several bistro style tables and serve a nice fresh lunch. Very tasty and reasonable $$.

Fun place to wine taste. The owners are generally behide the counter as well which make it very personal. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and nice too! You can also take a tour of the cellar if you'd like. Taste, buy a bottle and enjoy lunch. Our lunch was great along with the Brothers Cabernet. It's well worth the trip. No... More

While we went because we were intrigued by the winery, we were surprised by the lunch option there as well. There is not a vineyard on site and the grapes that are used are mostly from California as theur vines only produce every 2-3 years per the owners. The site is in an industrial section on town so we were... More

This is not your destination location restaurant. It is your destination location vineyard. OK - there isn't a vineyard behind the place but all of their terrific wines are available for tasting. You will definitely find something you like. They are true experts in making wine. They don't use foil on their wine either - preferring wax which makes the... More

What a surprising place! Google maps & the website's photos seems at odds... it's located in the middle of an industrial area. But their property is lovely. A beautiful airy building, and lovely garden cafe area. John Balistreri, the winemaker, did our tasting. If anything, he poured too much. We had 14 wines -- everything on his list. The wines... More

We are Flordians visiting friends/family and someone recommended this lovely Winery. We were a party of nine are were happy to be seated in their outdoor courtyard for lunch. The service was spot on, catering to all of our diverse needs. My chicken sandwich was one of the best I have ever had, hubbies meatball sandwich was delish and our... More
