I had a little extra time and wanted to relax before the night ahead. The spa was a little disappointing. They accommodated my massage time and it was clean and a good massage but there really isn't much in the way of a relaxing lounging area so it is better to go in and out. Not what I was expecting.

When I walked through the lobbly of the Hotel Monaco on my way to check in, I passed the door of the Veda Salon. I had distantly remembered reading that the hotel housed a salon/spa on the property, but I had not really paid attention. Lots of hotels advertise salons on site. But this salon is an independent Aveda store... More
