Great Brews!

Great Divide was a must when we knew we were going to Denver. It is downtown and has a great venue. The beer is great and they have gear that you can purchase.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for our visit on a Rockies baseball game day. WOW this place was loaded and crowded with lines out the door. My God is was nuts in there but the bartenders did a good job of taking care of everyone and the beer selection was unique and good.

Top breweries in Colorado...worth a visit. They don't offer food so make a note of that. Recommend any Yeti if you like stouts...if they have anything barrel-aged, that's always a good play. The patio area was a little small and busy, so we just stayed inside.

One afternoon a fellow craft beer loving coworker suggested we take advantage of being in Denver to visit a couple local joints. Great Divide was our first stop. It's a small joint with no food service. There are a few tables inside with a decent, though smallish, patio area where one can sit outside weather permitting. The bar area where... More

Checked this place out during a trip to Denver. They had a great selection of beers on tap and I sampled everyone. The one that stood out the most was the Yeti Oatmeal Stout and the Claymore Scotch Ale. I sampled everything on tap and was pleased with just about everything I drank. The bartenders were Colorado cool and the... More

Good beer of wide-ranging styles and flavors all available in the taproom – as fresh as it will ever be. This place can get a little crowded, but it’s genuine and approachable. We sat outside on a warm Spring day watching the world go by. The Sasquatch meme got funnier as the beer flowed...

During our trip to Denver we went to the Great Divide several times. We were staying at a place located right next to it was it was very convenient. A group of us went on a brewery tour so we had a chance to visit several different breweries and this was our favorite. They have great beer, the place was... More

Stopped in with family while in Denver recently. The free tours are given every hour at 3-4-5pm. The three o'clock was full so we got our passes for the 4 pm tour and went for a walk because the tap room was so crowded there was no place to stand and enjoy a beer while waiting. Promptly at 4pm our... More

There are so many brewery options in Denver that it can be hard to choose. I am glad that we chose this one! Their tap room is very small, so it can be hard to get a place to sit. Thankfully we were able to get stools at the bar. Their selection of beers is good and the taste of... More

I've been told you have to visit this brewery while in the city. The bar itself is rather smaller than I expected and they don't serve food. They collaborated with a local food truck that smelled amazing. The front is the bar area and the seating is located in the back. They offer free tours but it's every hour and... More
