Love the Cherry Creek Bike path, it has everything you could ever want. Great rides and great eats and happy hours, etc. You have to go off the path a little to find great eats and drinks, but not to far. Awesome trail and you can connect to anything from the trail.

This is a great bike path! If you're renting bikes, my advice would be to rent at the Cherry Creek mall and then ride the downhill slope about 6 miles to confluence park. It's a relatively easy ride and you see the coolest parts of Denver.

We tried to enjoy Confluence Park downtown where the rivers collide. We were almost run over many times by rude bicyclists. They are everywhere and make it impossible for pedestrians and motor vehicles. Also, the had bums in the park which a safety patrol did make move on. If you are walking or in a car, avoid downtown Denver as... More

Walked and biked the trail on a recent visit. This trail is part of a water diversion trail known as Cherry Creek. The trail is lined with concrete walls that hold in water when heavy rains fall. One night the area received 2 inches of rain and the trail flooded. Awesome ride but keep an eye on the weather.

We went from downtown Denver to cherry creek mall and back on bikes we rented from the Denver B Rental program... Free with a code from the Sheraton hotel where we were staying! Fantastic path, safe and a great ride. Slightly up hill in the way to the mall, completely down hill on the way back downtown. The path felt... More

Just a beautiful trail along the creek! You feel as though you are away from the traffic and in nature!

Loved this, cycled from Glendale into Town and Confluence Park. Local cyclists don't really say anything as you pass and when walking I found they whizz past without warning. But stay left on the path and you're fine. Do try to ride up to the dam, really good riding and safe. First time I've been told to watch out for... More

I ran along this path while visiting Denver and training for a marathon. I love bike paths and there is a lot to look at along the way. The only drawback was the homeless men sleeping on the sides. They didn't even look up though and there were lots of runners and bikers along the way.

I haven't road the full length of this trail, so I can only really comment on the portions centered in the "heart" of Denver. These areas boast some wonderful views of both the city and nature as you follow along the trail. The grade is very mellow and there are a fair number of access points (though a few more... More
