The lines were extremely long for every attraction and the dining hall was pathetic at best as it was dirty, expensive and oh so slow, management is slow as well. Their employees are all on drugs. You ask a question and get an answer 5 minutes later. They nickel and dime everyone on drinks, food, tubes for water rides and... More

I never thought I'd see the day when Lakeside would beat out Elitches. Today was that day. Spent 9 hours at the park and went on only three rides. We would wait in lines for hours only to have the rides close down due to mechanical issues. We had 7 rides close while waiting. Many rides were closed and those... More

This use to be a Six Flags, but the park is so boring, they pulled out. Elitch is now owned by the original family who started it, I need to go back this summer to see if anything changed, but I find that it is more of a carnival place than "amusement park", the water park is just so-so and... We've purchased season passes for our family the last two year and we think it's the best deal around for families that like to get out and do things during the summer. We have used ours 6-7 times already and our kids (10 and 8) have fun each time. Contrary to some of what I read on this site, we... More

family park. With rides and a water park. Water park water is cold so be prepared, feel lucky if you can find a place to sit. Lines are long for rides. Bathrooms dirty. Only choice in Denver, so just be prepared for long lines and dirty park overall. Whole park needs to be remodeled. Spoke with general manager but it... More

We were having a great time yesterday only to be interrupted by an announcement that the park would be closing in one hour. It was only 6:00 pm! For a theme park to close at 7:00 pm in the middle of summer time is very odd. We didn't even get to see the park lit up which is the best... More

We were here in June of this year and had a good time! Our only complaints were quite a few things were advertised on food menus, but when you asked for it, they would say it wasn't sold there. When we showed it to them on the menu the workers would have an excuse as to why it was on... More

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. I wouldn't trust this place and it's not a safe place for your kids to be. They accuse innocent children of being thiefs. When all the kids wanted to do was find a register to pay. They were confused because of the maze in the concession stand. They had their... More
