Elitches has some fairly modern and intense rides (Mind Eraser, Boomarang, Half Pipe, Tower of Doom, ect..) as well as a liberal selection of good flat rides. We just spent the day at Elitch Gardens. We found it to be a great value. You can get tickets for $25 at King Soopers. This covers admission both for the carnival rides and the water park for an entire day. We went on a Sunday in early June and we were able to walk on nearly every major ride... more
