My gf and I stopped here when we were in Denver and liked it. There were some thrill rides that were fantastic. Plus the park was empty because junior high and high school kids were back at school. The food and drinks though are very expensive which is expected. And the food isn't really that good. Again, that's expected. My... More

The not so good: pay for parking, sun block costs a hefty price there, can get hot so hydrate, be prepared to get wet if you enjoy doing so. The good: huge place, water park and amusement park next to each other, restrooms good, water availability good, food places good/variety. The great: endless roller coaster rides make this place a... The park is fun but even on a weekday the lines are over 45 minutes for most of the rides. I can't imagine how bad it is on the weekend. We also rented a cabana at the water park and there just isn't much value to be had. It included lunch but when we ordered a burger and chicken sandwich... More

OVERPRICED. A bunch of obnoxious teenagers that get to run rampant. Not enough rides for little kids. Food WAY OVERPRICED.

Close to half of the rides on the amusement park side and the water park were not operating. We still paid full price though. The lines at the amusement park were really short though! Never more than 5-10 minutes, so that was great. Really long lines at the water park. The line for the 4 person tube ride was close... More

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. So we went this past Thurs and on the site it does say that "some" attractions may be closed due to short staff. When we got there we had to pay $15 to park and then they sign had 4 rides on it that they said where... More

Hi Vicki, thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide our guests with a fun and memorable experience each time they visit, and it appears that we fell short of that during your day at the park. During this particular week in August, many schools are back in session. Unfortunately, while we do our best to plan and minimize... More

We come every year for my middle child's birthday and despite the long lines and unpredictable weather, he still chooses this every year. Last year we were here for 6 hours and only got on 4 rides due to lines. This year we are hoping to get fast passes.

Great theme park with kiddie area. Great fun for the whole family. Good food for a theme park. Has a few pretty gardens. Love all the thriller rides--roller coasters, half spin, and many more I can't remember all the names. Love the merry-go-round. Just as much fun as when I was a kid. Lots of shops to get all sorts of... More

While staying in Denver with family we decided to have a day out at Elitch Amusrment Park. We choose Aug 21 as the park should be quiet as many of the local children are back in school. The only downside to the plan was that this resulted in lower staffing levels and hence many of the rides were closed in... More

I went there with some friends, and we had a great time but it wasn't that exciting. The rides were quite short, and the lines were quite long. The best ones were the ones where you get wet, and that was mostly because of the water. I don't think i'll be coming back...
