We went the day after 4th of July, I think the staff was really burnt out. Lines were not long though. Getting food took forever.

We visited the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend which was not busy but the weather was rainy so that might be why. We highly enjoyed the small crowd which made lines for the rides very small. I was disappointed that the customers service is severely lacking in this place. Most workers are young and too engrossed in their own drama... More

I have been to Elitch Gardens twice throughout high school, once with a friend since he was going to leave for Texas soon, and another for Physics, in which I went on last Thursday (May 7th,2015). I do not understand why so many people are complaining about closed rides, poor maintenance, and cold food. I started off by going on... More

My recent trip to this particular theme park was OK, but was not top-notch like I was expecting. The two major concerns of mine were the friendliness of staff and frequent operational malfunctions on multiple rides. Don't get me wrong, some of the employees were friendly. However, some needed to be reminded of proper customer service. "Thank you"s after purchases,... More

We just went for opening day - for season pass holders. Had to wait 45 minutes to get our season passes validated and our free cup and we were standing in line 20min before the park opened. The staff in kiddie land don't look like they want to be there at all, no smiles whatsoever!?!? We attempted to eat at... More

There is a top notch water park with wave pool, scream worthy slides and plenty of beach chairs. The rides are fit for most people, unless you are overweight then you are simply not going to fit in most rides. Food is expensive but you can leave and come back. it is a long walk to the free 16th street... More

Had a great time! I took 6 kids with me ages 14-9 and they were happy all day. My only complaint was the water park - it was SLAMMED with people. No lockers were available for our stuff. I could barely keep track of my group. Lines there were really long. The main park was good - standard theme park... More

This is located so close to the interstate and have a variety of rides and games for all ages. It is well worth the money spend and if you buy a season ticket, it comes with a coupon book which saves a lot of money

Elitch Gardens has been in Denver for a very long time. It has been at the current downtown location for about 20 years. As a big fan of Disney World and Disneyland I really did not have high expectations for the park on a visit with my son's middle school symphonic band. The park has a reasonable number of rides...
