Not the biggest theme park I have ever been too

They are located just off I-25 and Speer in downtown Denver. Which makes for some awesome views of the city. I have been told this is not the original location either. It's not as... read more

This is a fun time to go to Elitches. They have the park decorated with spooky decor everywhere. They turned the water by the swings green this year. They have employees dressed as creepy monsters and scary things to scare people during the evening hours. It was fun to go on Halloween because so many people were dressed up and... More

I took my two boys ages 11 and 12 to Elitches on the last day of the season (Sunday, Nov. 1). We took the light rail to the Pepsi Center / Elitch Gardens stop to avoid the minimum $15.00 parking fee. As I was waiting to purchase three tickets, I was handed two tickets by one person and then a... More

They are located just off I-25 and Speer in downtown Denver. Which makes for some awesome views of the city. I have been told this is not the original location either. It's not as big as other theme parks I have been to around the country. But I hear it is safer and better than the small competitor to the... More

This is my toughest review..... the park itself is great, the kids (8- and 9-year old boys) had a great time, the staff is unbelievably friendly, it's clean (certainly by amusement park standards), but the price..... holy moly guacaolme. Five hours -- one adult (I didn't even ride anything), two kids, one game, a pretzel, two water bottles, parking, and... More

the park is pretty average. you can't bring in outside food and there isn't a lot of shade. the food is pricy and I've not found any that was worth the money.

I went to Elitch Gardens on a layover by myself and had a great time. The rides are not mega-coasters, but for the price it is overall a fun park. Some rides I haven't seen since old county fair days and there was at least one that you had to pay extra to do. The food was your average overpriced... More

This park is a wonderful place to take the family but is quite expensive at 36.00 a person. The rides are spectacular, the gardens intoxicating and the staff is very friendly and professional. They have excellent accommodation for people with Special Needs, secure storage lockers,a lost and found child center, and a well equipped first aid station. You cannot bring your own... More

Finally made it to Elitch Gardens for their annual Halloween event Fright Fest. Our family had a blast. Free pumpkin painting and trick or treating for kids. The haunted houses were really pretty scary and fun; our youngest decided not to go into them, though. We also saw the séance show; it was awesome and the effects were so cool!... More

I always enjoy a day out at Elitches. I last went in August with my son. We spent the whole day getting twirled and bumped and thrown around by multiple rides, our favourite being the Mind Eraser. The park food is usually a little expensive so we take lots of high protein snacks in in our cargo pants pockets, as... More

Great experience for the whole family or just a couple for some time alone remembering their youth. The park has moved since we were there the last time over 30 years ago, but the same magic is still there even with new rides more to the liking of the younger generation. You can't go wrong visiting.
