Good aquarium!

This is a pretty good aquarium, not world class like Boston or Dallas, but the sting ray petting pool was great!! Otters, Jellies, shark tunnel.

Price was a little steep for a small aquarium. Would be nice for small children as they can get up close. We where done in less than an hour.

We went to the aquarium when it was rainy out and it was the perfect place so many awesome animals. Also learned quite a bit about each animal

It took us about an hour to get through this and it was a bit disappointing. There were a few high lights including walking under a glass tunnel with fish swimming over head and around you. We did pay an extra $10.00 per person for a behind the scenes otter feeding and tour under the aquarium. This was well worth... More

I didn't want to go originally because I figured it was just like any other aquarium, that changed as soon as we walked. So much fun, very informative. Lots of different things to see. You will not be disappointed it's not like any other aquarium I've ever been to. Will go again.

We took our grandsons to the Denver Aquarium so they could see some spectacular fish. What we experienced was a commercialized setting where the price of admission was way too high and the displays left much to be desired. We ate at the restaurant and experienced a very expensive and marginally tasteful meal. We won't be going back.

After bragging to my daughter about the great birthday parties I had seen at the Downtown Aquarium, she booked a celebration for her daughter, who was turning 9. It was Spring break week and they were visiting from New York. We all turned up at the appointed time with 10 family members gathering in the dining room. The food here... More

Denvers aquarium in downtown is truly a wonderfully designed home for the aquatic life. I recall jaw dropping (literally) displays and beautiful marine life. Children will be happy with its tunnel of ocean and occasionally mermaids, while older gents could even take a dive with the sharks. Get hungry? no problem. Downtown aquarium has a magnificent restaurant within its walls.... More

Having been told that one visit visit to the Aquarium would be enough, I couldn't think why - now I know! Entry cost must be horrendous for a family as everything is extra. Once through the doors, there's a queue because there's a photographer taking your pic, which will be conveniently ready as you leave for a fee. We declined.... More

We all had so much fun here! The flood zone was our favorite! Also, the girls loved meeting a mermaid and having their picture taken with one. At our last visit to an aquarium, our 8 year old didn't want to touch a sting ray.....she did this time and we almost couldn't get away. They are so soft and fun... More
