Smaller aquarium than we are used to - paid ~$38 for two adults (kids over 11 are full price). The staff was helpful and we enjoyed seeing the fish and otters (the tiger was incredible but definitely needs to be in a bigger enclosure). Walking slowly and looking at every tank we were still done in ~1 hour. Little children... More

Nice experience but definitely not great. The aquatic life on display is nothing to really make you say 'wow'. Random tiger exhibit seems awfully cramped.

Had a great time at the aquarium. I have been to larger ones in bigger cities, but this one was a lot of fun. It had a lot of character and all of the kids that were there seemed to really enjoy it just as we did. Great day out, especially on a chilly rainy day.

This Downtown Aquarium is fun for people of all ages. The little ones will like the variety of size of fish, and the parents will learn exciting facts from the signs. Many surprises -- like bug-eyed fish that see in the dark, and minnows that are 12" long. This place is 95% FISH...maybe 4 turtles, 4 frogs, 4 reptiles... And... More

When planning our family trip to Denver I inquired about whether to visit the aquarium or children's museum with my 15m old son. Most recommended the aquarium and it didn't disappoint. My 15m old loved the attractions and exhibits. His favorite part was petting the sting rays. I don't have much aquarium experience to which I could compare this visit,... More

The Aquarium was really well laid out with plenty to look at. There was a school visit by nursery children who could explore safely with plenty to keep them interested The only disappointment for us was that 2 drinks area were closed and there was a 30minute wait for the restaurant - we only wanted to get a cold drink,... We were visiting Colorado Springs, but made the hour drive to Denver for the Aquarium. It did not disappoint! The Aquarium had lots of animals and once you pay you can go through as many times as you like. We missed the otters and went back through a second time. The on sight restaurant is really pricey for what you... More

This aquarium had many beautiful fish displays, and had gorgeous ecosystems for the fish. The colors of the plants and fish were amazing. The sharks were fun to watch, and the otters, of course. They had some tigers there also, which were truly beautiful and majestic. The folks there are very friendly, and it is a very enjoyable experience.

First and foremost, Denver is one of the most beautiful cities in the US I have seen to date. The Downtown Aquarium is just stunning , from start to finish it just fantastic. I wanted to go through a second time just hw nice it was. Take your time and take pictures, its a great memory. The Desert scene with... More
