The mouse, roller coaster, dragon coaster, round-up, bumper cars, train around the lake, everything here is a ton of fun for the cheapest price in America. Love Lakeside.

this is a world or grandeur and splendor. a realm where anger and hatred give way to love and joy. it is NOT the filth many imbeciles make it out to be. these people are suffering from a disease, a sickness that spread through every molecule of their bodies the moment they set foot on elitches land. that is the... Lakeside is the antidote to big theme parks. It's loaded with vintage atmosphere and rides and architecture that are fascinating. A bargain entry fee, especially with a bunch of kids. Better than an old-time county fair.

The rides are old fashioned and fun. But the night crowd is pretty sketchy. Lots of teens trying to look cool. Dont take k8ds under 10.

Lakeside boosts original wooden roller coasters and rides of all types. It's best for families with young children who are looking for an affordable, fun place to take children without breaking the bank! If one appreciates the park for what it is (NOT a Six Flags), your kids who are 12 and under will have a blast. Many rides to... More

Lakeside is an older amusement park, with run down, rickety rides. BUT I can afford to go there, and my young son loves it. It's good enough, and when you're on a budget, that's what you've gotta do. I wouldn't recommend it to someone visiting from out of town, unless they're really into antique roller coasters and/or merry go rounds.

Unfortunately, I think this may have been their last season. So sad to see an iconic amusement park in disrepair...

People need to lighten up. No where will you find an original amusement park like this. The negative reviews are because they want Six Flags rides and service. I love Lakeside and the price makes it possible to take kids and grandkids several times a season. One reviewer complained about a ride being closed; its been closed for years. If... More

Cool history, neat old rides, cheap. This place is borderline maybe you don't want your kids on some of these run down rides. Some are kinda sketch. Picture low budget fair rides. Train ride around lake is best. I suggest going in the daylight with kids because of surrounding area. This place in its heyday was amazing I'm sure. But... More
