Old park does not mean look old and dirty. Very disappointed, if I had minus would give. The price is the only positive and agree with another previewer. Well, where do I start? Rides are dirty, staff for the kids section terrible, no-one spoke a word, at times looked (dumb) no offense intended (write like it is)Not sure what the... More

I remember Lakeside from when I was little; a lot has changed! We went on a Tuesday night at 630pm with a Groupon for park entrance & unlimited ride wrist bands. Lakeside doesn't have the technology to scan anything on mobile devices so you have to print the Groupon. Make sure the bar code prints as they also can't type... More

went to Lakeside on a whim with my brother (a local) and his friends. They all work in design/art of some kind and were psyched to show me this mid-century amusement park frozen in time. Lakeside is amazing. It's a blast from the past and it's decrepit but awesome. Don't expect Six Flags or Disney - that's not what this... More

Lakeside is inexpensive, and that is the only positive. The rides had not been painted in years and the restrooms were less clean then at a gas station. The lack of cleaning and maintenance actually made this a depressing experience.

After having a terrible experience at Elitch Gardens we decided we weren't done wanting to go on thrill rides so we headed over to Lakeside. We had a complete blast. Not only was everything very affordable but the rides were so much fun. I was also very blown away by all of the retro and vintage fixtures still in the... More

Place is affordable, but a bit of a dump. You pay a $3 entrance fee, then go to another location to either pay for an unlimited pass or tickets for rides. $3 fee is a bit of a scam. Found that many of the young employees are more interested in socializing than monitoring safety of guests. Won't be going back.

This is similar to a traveling town carnival, but with a better ride selection. It's very run down, which is much more obvious during the day, so it's best seen at night. Most employees are apathetic. Janitorial staff is deficient, and the park has overflowing trashcans and filthy tables. At night it looks much better, and it is pretty by... More

I know it's cheap and thats about the only thing it has going for this place. As a kid i loved it, but now it's trashy and just run down. The car ride broke down while my niece was in it and moved off, not to mention the horrible employees working here, a kid got hurt because one employee was... More

Went here for my nephew's bday party. Check Groupon as we got half off admission! Make sure you tell the parking attendants you have your tickets so they don't charge you for parking. Its $3 per person & kids 2 & under free. Admission is super cheap otherwise & they have a great lil kids park with mini versions of... More

alright, maybe it isn't the best on earth, but it's definitely the best in the united states. i mean, come on! elitch's sucks. its name sounds like a leech. and that's what most of the people who work there are. they suck your wallet empty(pun intended), then give you a couple stupid rides that will either make you barf, poop,...
