Signed up for facial, massage and scrub. Facial was acceptable although not very thorough and certainly not outstanding. Massage was "Swedish" (I am pretty sure I had asked for deep tissue) and was really a simple 50 minute rub down with massage oil. A waste of time. The scrub was the best part--at least it seemed thoughtful. In general, the... More

Shai Albright is hands-down the finest esthetician in Denver, and the Brown Palace's jewel box of a spa is such a treat, they compliment each other brilliantly! Shai pampers, soothes, and revitalizes even the most tired, dry, stressed-out skin, and gives guests an experience that is truly second to none. Having been fortunate enough to visit some of the finest... More

I wanted a facial, something I rarely treat myself to because of lack of time. I had no excuse on my short retreat at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, CO. I was scheduled with Shai and when you see her face you know you are in expert hands. I spent more than I had planned and have not looked... More

This week I had my first facial--at the Brown Palace Spa in Denver, CO. Since it was my first facial, I have nothing to compare this to, but I can tell you I was overwhelmed with the whole experience. Shai Albright is the Esthetician who did my treatment. She was charming, welcoming, and she made me feel beautiful. She recommended... More

Hubby and I went for a couples massage and it was amazing. I was quite stressed out and called on a whim, hoping they might have some availability and they did! We arrive quite early, about an hour early, but that gave us plenty of time to use the steam room, take a shower, and eat some snacks in the... More

I was in Denver accompanying my husband on a work conference. I took the opportunity to book myself a spa appointment. The Brown Palace spa came highly recommended and I was very excited for my scrub/wrap and massage treatments! Every person I dealt with at the spa was fantastic. It was an incredibly relaxing 3 hours of my holiday. Never... More

I treated myself to a facial while staying at the beautiful Brown Palace Hotel & Spa in Denver last week. The desk staff could not have been nicer and helpful. I was taken to the changing area, restrooms, showers, steam room and lockers as they explained how the process would go. All those areas looked exceptionally clean. The lighting was... More

I had a day to kill while my husband was at a conference in Denver and decided to give myself my first ever spa day!! Valet parking was very easy and much appreciated! The robe they give you is heavy and feels expensive. The changing room has water and some small snacks which I appreciated. The shower looked beautiful but... More

I have been to many spas in Arizona, Europe, & New England. This is one of the best. I had the 'Signature' massage. Very attentive to personized needs. Run of the house. Relaxing atmosphere with very friendly and attrative service. A fully equipt and unrushed locker and steam room. Campaign Mimosa, nuts, berries, teas and beverages of choice included. Hated... More

Loved the spa we come here every time we are in town for a concert! Get a facial with Shai! I made my husband come too instead of playing golf!
