Our family had a good time skiing at CB - that's what everyone calls it there. They have a great bus service to get into town. The snow was pretty darn good for December. The lift operators even said "have a great run" etc. The extreme runs are not open yet but there are steep runs, easy runs, bump runs... More

This is not like the big ski resort areas. Crested Butte prides itself at being a laid back slow paced area sort of like all of Colorado proubably was 50 years ago

Crested Butte is one of my very favorite towns in the summer when the clean mnt breezes energize you. Going up for business this winter gave me a new appreciation for the area. Easy to get to from Gunnison with none of those scary mountain passes to white knuckle through. CB is not crowded like the Summit County resorts so... More

Snow like this at the end of November bodes well for the rest of the season. Expanded snow making this year and lots of natural stiff. Trails well covered. Free ticket was a major bonus but it generated large crowds.

Crested Butte is a laid back community with a great ski area, fun outdoor activities and good dining that is off the beaten track and away from the skiing rat race. Try it out!

Crested Butte is some awesome Colorado skiing! Small resort feeling....big mountain skiing with a lot of amazing terrain, cliffs, trees and of course potential for some of Colorado's finest powder skiing! The abundance of areas that are "hike in" only make CB a fantastic place to get away from the crowds if you are willing to make the effort for... More

It has been a while but I'm trying to review some of the places that I love so much but haven't been to since starting my TA account... Crested Butte is amazing. It's beautiful summer, spring, fall or winter. The wildflowers when it's warm and the great ski village feel when it's cold.. I absolutely think of it as one... More

Our trip to Colorado was going a bit rough including the fact that I miss mapped the way to the resort. But I am so glad I underestimated how long it would take to get there. If I had know it would take so long, we probably wouldn't have gone and we would have really missed out. The resort is... More

I went to visit my daughter who had just moved to Gunnison. We needed an adventure. S we headed up to CBMR and took their Zip Lining Tour. AMAZING!!!!!! Trevor and Matt were the BEST tours guides. Funny, informative and kept us safe! I've never done this before, but I'd definitely do it again! Thanks guys!!
