The first London 2012 venue you'll be able to enjoy after the Games - for an action packed season of white water rafting. You'll get several runs down the course. Sessions start with an adventurous first run designed to get you used to the feel of the boat and working as a team. We progressively up the fear factor each time and by your final run you’ll be surfing, high siding, spinning and nose dunking with the very best!

Adrenaline rush

A great way to spend an afternoon, and still beaming today. Our instructor (Arial) was brilliant and made the experience!

Why travel all the way down to Queenstown in New Zealand when this attraction is right close to London. If you are looking for an adrenalin experience then this is the place to go. You will be able to take the same white water course used in the London Olympics and some 13,000 litres of water pummels your raft, canoe... More

Brilliant team building day, starting off with a raft building activity followed by a great instructor (Jorge) white water rafting session, lots of laughs and smiles. I am planning to go again with friends for a great day out!

I use it for canoeing. You can hire the equipment and the facilities and staff are really good. The white water courses are well designed for beginners and experts. The courses are also very useful and methodical. Good parking.

This is a great place to do a bit of beginners white water rafting. The guides are brilliant- making sure you are safe all the way around and teaching you what you need to know. A great day out with friends.

What a great place. What a great experience. Exciting. Safe. Fun. Thrills or not. Your choice. Feel like an Olympian. In fact see Olympian's as they train there. One of the best, in fact the best, activity I've ever done in the UK. Don't delay, book today. You will not regret it.

We had a fantastic time here at Lee Valley. None of us had done this before, but the staff went through everything and we had a great time. Our guide was Aemon who was really friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived late for my first of 6 group lessons. Staff could not have been more helpful. Complete novice, I was told what to do and where to go. Guys in the changing room helped with my wetsuit! Lady sorted out my equipment with clear instructions. Instructor came over and gave me one to one tuition so I got up to... More

Eamon was our guide, he was very professional but also loved pushing everyone to their limits to get the most fun and excitement out of this experience. I have done this abroad a few times but this experience was excellent. Great facility! Only down side was the prices of videos and pictures. Our videos were less then 10 seconds long... More
