Copper has a large amount of advanced terrain: from Resolution Bowl, to Union Bowl, to the moguls under the Alpine lift, to Spaulding Bowl, to the huge Copper Bowl on the back side of the mountain. However, this season Copper Mountain signed a $4 million deal with the US Olympic team that first of all leaves a great deal of... More

Fun for all skill levels. I found the staff friendly and patient. Expect the typically high prices for food at the base resort. Kids will enjoy hanging out at the Lumberjack lift, which services several green runs. Blue runs offer a variety of terrains. Great views at 12,000 ft so be sure to bring a camera to the top of... We had a half day ski lesson with a day's ski hire and lift pass , the best deal money wise. As it was end of season the class was small and the instruction perfect for us as beginners, nothing too taxing. We had Heather as an instructor, she was great and very patient! Overall a great experience in stunning... More

Thank you copper mountain for hosting the USASA nationals this past week. What a great place for the entire family to enjoy some skiing and riding. As an intermediate/ conservative skier I enjoyed all the green and some of the blue runs. My husband also enjoyed these runs on a snowboard and we really liked the village and accommodations too.... Had a very enjoyable week of spring skiing and snowboarding at Copper Mt. Love the layout of the mountain and the ski school was awesome for our young daughter. Will definately return.

Copper Mountain is the ideal ski resort for all types of skiers. My husband and I are beginner/intermediate, my teenage kids are intermediate, and friends we skied with are advanced. We all had a great time with plenty of challenging runs. The best thing about Copper is that you can ski from the top of the mountain all the way... More

Sadly, though I enjoyed Copper for years and chose them over other resorts, poor treatment has driven me away. Hearken unto my tale of woe, shared in an email to an uncaring, unsympathetic corporation: Please allow me a minute to share my experience with Copper Mountain. Last August, I returned to Colorado after a few years of absence. I had... More

We love how Copper Mountain is laid out and enjoy the ski area every time we are here. Be sure to check out Moe Dixon at JJ's Bar & Grill and our kids love going to the Woodward!

There was at least 10” of snow the night before with more forecast for the day so we elected to ski Copper Mountain rather than drive farther to Winter Park. Not a mile off I-70 we found easy parking in the free Alpine lot. Signs point to the Green, Blue or Green shuttle bus, which goes to the base area... More

We have been coming to Copper Mountain for 35 years and we still love it. Copper is a mountain designed to keep skiers of various skill levels separated on appropriate terrain. We almost always ski the Super Bee 6 person high speed lift which goes from the base to the top of the mountain in just a few minutes for... More
