I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I have never been so furious at a ski instructor or the way a ski school is run in my entire life. My son needed to use the bathroom during his lesson and was DENIED and ended up soiling his pants. Not only that, the ski resort has the audacity to... More

Lift ticket prices throughout Summit County have increased markedly over the last few years. Copper Mountain is the most reasonable of all the resorts. In addition to that, the skiing is fabulous, with distinct areas of the mountain clearly marked for novice, advanced and expert skiiers. All the personnel with whom my friends and I came into contact---Guest Services, Ambassadors,... More

I just got back from skiing Copper for the first time. I've skiied for many many years, mostly at Mammoth Mountain California, Lake Tahoe, Beaver Creek, and Vail with one trip to Squaw, and one to Jackson Hole. I used to think Beaver Creek was my favorite -- but I'm newly in love with Copper. It's a reasonable drive (about... More

My family has been coming here for years and we always have a great time! I just got back from a weekend at Copper and I miss it already. The lifts are fast and the lines move along quickly. There are staff members who help coordinate the lines in the busy areas. There are so many trails, I never did... More

Ive been to more than a dozen ski resorts...and Copper had a distinct advantage. Their mountain is VERY ski-able. That is to say the layout of lifts lines is outstanding. Medium to long runs and organized into several areas where skill level runs are "groped". There was a spot were green runs were bunched (i.e. Union) and others where blue... More

Relatively big resort, wide trails and not too many lines. The place is higher then most CO resorts, so good chances for good snow

Really enjoyed our family ski trip to Copper Mountain. We stayed at Spruce Lodge in a one bedroom loft condo. We had two double beds in one bedroom and two double beds in the large loft, also had a pull out sofa which we didn`t use. It was a short 50 yard walk to the American Eagle lift which has... More

Loved the layout of the mountain, lucky to have fresh 8 inches of snow and ease of getting around with complementary shuttles was terrific. Even went tubing and that was such a kick- laughed and screamed like I was at Six Flags amusement park!

This was my first real ski trip, and I am so glad we chose Copper Mountain. We were able to find lodging on site (East Village) with a great view of the slopes and conveniently located to everything. Equipment rental was available on site, as well a free shuttle to and from the rest of the resort's villages. I was... More
