This was my very first horseback riding experience, and I must say they take that into account. If you arrive early enough, which we did, they seat your entire group together and they pair everyone up with a horse. I think they did a very good job pairing horses with riders, but the late comers did make that a little... More

We did the 2 hour tour of the garden of the gods. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, the horses were well maintained and well fed and watered. The horses were very well behaved though we did need to swap one out that had decided he just didn't want to walk any more. The tour was enough to keep this... More

My husband and I did the two hour ride through the Garden of the Gods. It was a slightly misty and the stables offered us rainwear, which I thought was very considerate even if we chose not to use it. Helmets are optional--we went without because we've done quite a bit of riding. The horses were well cared for and... More

I'm from FL visiting my 20 yr old son who is in the USAF. This was a great excursion for us to do together! The stables were nice (got beautiful pics with the setting), horses well fed, wranglers were decent, & there was a all kinds of terrain, high and a little uneven at some points, but beautiful with several... Liked the staff at the ranch. Loved the horses and scenery. The guides were very knowledgeable. Kind, friendly, courteous staff. Did not like that the horses were being taken to some very challenging terrain.

Took a two hour ride with adults and kids alike. All levels of terrain and the views were gorgeous. The head lady checking us in is a bit annoying and over the top in her 'position of command' and that was irritating... quite honestly I was wanting to tell her off a time or two, but bit my lip. Other... More

I took the two-hour ride. We got to see deer, even during the mid-day ride, plus some faded cougar tracks. We climbed up some rocks on the horses - they knew exactly what to do. There was no trotting. They assign horses based on the rider's experience and take very good care of the horses. I would go again!

We had well trained, well taken care of horses for our 1 hour trail ride through Garden of the Gods. The scenery was beautiful! The guides were helpful, although the memorized speeches about the different rock formations felt very staged. We went out with a group of 16 people which felt too big, however they did sent out 3 guides... More

We had a great time with the horses and staff here. We took the 2 hour ride and saw all of the Garden of the Gods. Spectacular on horse back!
