Memorial is your average big park, but it's a real hoot Labor Day weekend when the hot air balloons launch. It's a better experience than Albuquerque. More

We were drawn by the memorial to military service and was surprised to find Prospect Lake with access to the water and lots of open green space. Depending on the time of year and the planned activities in the park determines how busy the park becomes during park hours. More

Lots of area to play football, etc. Frequent events on the Lake in the summer. Great place to run, walk, or ride a bike. More

Not much to do. Crowded with homeless and they'll pester you. Used to be a lot better. More

This is the best park in Colorado Springs. It has a huge lake that you can stroll around, rent paddle boats or fish. This is the best park in Colorado Springs! It has everything we need, a large playground, a skate park, shade, picnic tables, a trail and a beautiful pond right in the middle of it. I know they have an indoor pool and stuff too but have never utilized this feature. We love going to this park. More
