Go for the Beer Soup!

Met a colleague for lunch at Phantom Canyon. Huge portions. We both took away doggie bags. The gouda and beer soup is one of my favorites on the menu. Service is always great!

If you are a brew lover, you'll enjoy this place. Food is okay, but then I'm a vegetarian. (One of my favorite dishes is the crusted tofu salad). Great place for groups, though it can get a little loud (as most bar atmosphere's do). They have patio room on the ground level. 2nd level has outside room as well as... More

Very helpful staff - food was pleasant. Parking can be difficult as it is in the center of town - has a pool hall as well.

A very good selection of good eats! A little of everything for almost ant appetite. Our waitress was either new in food service, suffered from TBS (typical blonde syndrome) or did not like her job. Have to ask another server for refills. Remind her that we needed a to-go box. Usually not my sort of eatery as it is a... More

Disappointed at the service which was slow and the food was average at best. All in all, the prices were high for the meal and the décor could use some upgrading, which might improve the place, the service and the foold.

This micro brewery is strategically located in downtown Colorado Springs and offers a great variety of foods and spirits. their bison burgers are the best.

Phantom Canyon is a downtown MUST for folks (family too) who appreciate delicious and current upscale food and excellent brews. It has been popular since opening a couple decades ago, and has become even better with age. The Brewpub consists of three stories in an historic downtown building and has been recently remodeled. There is a new rooftop patio with... More

This is one of my favorite places to come and eat. My favorite thing on the menu is their pretzels and cheese and what used to be the chicken and waffles...but they still have the same chicken on the menu. My husband and I had our wedding reception here in August of and everyone on the catering staff and management... More

The food and drink here is great - as is the service. My only complaint is that when it gets busy it is really noisy - can't hear your companions at all.
