At first blush it seemed like an unlikely place for a wedding reception but it was truly incredible. In the upstairs meeting space, overlooking some of the surrounding highrises and mountain scapes, intimate tables were spaced and the atmosphere suddenly went from Colorado brewery to very elegant. If you like beer and an old quaint atmosphere, then Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. will work just fine. But, if you are looking for good food, run away! We ate there on Dec .13, 2008. Phantom Brewing company is located downtown in the old "Cheyenne" building. It is been very tastefully remodeled and quite modern. They have great beer and the food was excellent! My wife and I really wanted to go a second time while we were in colorado springs but couldnt fit it in unfortunately :( more
