I did attend a wedding reception here, and may I say they do a perfect job for the bride and groom. The food was fabulous: Prime Rib, salmon, rice pilaf, au gratin potatoes, fresh vegetable medley, crisp salad. The bride and groom did not have a wedding party table which keeps the newly weds unable to get into each other... More

This is the oldest golf course west of the Mississippi. Built by General Palmer it is, in my opinion, the best public golf course I have ever played. Fees are very reasonable and you can get on without a lot of hassle.

I saw enough good things about Patty Jewett that I really wanted to give it five stars. For example, the way the daily pin placement is printed on the scorecards is pure genius--every course should pick up on this. I also much like the fact they added additional tees to help the shorter hitters. They could use a few more,... More

If you are looking for a five and a half to six and a half round of golf, this is the place. Consistently the slowest playing golf course I've ever played. No marshaling to speed play. The marshals are just used for social visits. The people who play here have absolutely no consideration for other players. I like the course.... More

I grew up on this golf course. Great for different skill sets, and the staff is really wonderful. Great location, and I like the difficulty of the course (just in the middle).

Historic club house open to the public serves lunch/dinner (try their burgers). The club house and adjoining terrace have a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and the greens. Geese wander along the treelined road leading to the clubhouse and it's a great ambience in which to have a drink, relax and enjoy the view. A nice course and no membership... More

Wide fairways and well kept. This is a great golf course to spend time at. Several fairways spot light Pikes Peak in the background and make for a great photograph. If you didn't like how your golf game turned out you can always stop in at the restaurant to enjoy a drink and/or a meal afterward. When its warm the... More

This is a beautiful course with amazing views. The snack cart was available and friendly. The pro shop and starters are rude. Expect to waste time waiting on them since they expect patrons to wait for them. I waited 5 minutes for the guys behind the counter to finish their conversation before I was even acknowledged. The starter made me... More

Just driving down the majestic entrance driveway you get a feel for how special this place is. It was the first golf course in the country to be named after a woman and is the oldest golf course west of the Mississippi. The courses are well kept and fun to play. Don't leave any food in your cart; the resident... More

This is one of the oldest public courses in Colorado Springs. It is walkable but carts are available. The value was good. Not too difficult of a course
