Just completed the two hour trail ride. Everything was wonderful. From the drive up the mountain to the trail ride itself it was beautiful. The staff was excellent, and the horses are great. Very well behaved and take commands well. There are some tight passageways along the trail where you'll look at them you'll say "no way we're going to... More

2000 feet up the mountain, very beautiful views. The road is under construction right now because of flooding last year, but safe for travel and beautiful views. The staff gives detailed easy directions, because GPS does not work up there, but well worth the drive! Super friendly staff. They have a 7 and under 20-minute ride on horses (not ponies),... More

One of our friends recommended the broadmoor stables. I'm so glad we chose them. The guides were very friendly and made you feel special. They were very calm and down to earth. Wonderful experience and we came home with great memories

The drive to the Broadmoor Stables takes you on a long windy dirt road up a mountain. It is completely worth it to be able to get away from the busyness of the city. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. It was my husband and I and our 4 children on the trip. The kids... More

While in Colorado Springs for a week-long family reunion our son booked a trail ride for eight of us at the Stables at the Broadmoor. It was a great experience. This place is halfway up the mountain in a remote area, which made the trails fun for us, but it was difficult to get there. In fact, the last five... More

This family run business is a class act. From the time I called to ask questions and make my reservations to the time we drove off the property we were treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. We visited over the July 4th weekend and took the one hour trail ride. The guides were all extremely nice and ensured that we... More

The drive up the mountain is of ours a treat in itself. But the moment you arrive at the stables, you are greeted by the family, warm, gracious, and accommodating. The stables are well maintained. The horses are well groomed, cared for and trained. They match you with your ability, and they were spot on. Both guides were informative, interesting... More

First of all the views just driving here were stunning!! This was the second time that me and my sons have been on horses, however, this was the first time that my youngest who is 7 yo rode a horse unassisted. The facility is nicely kept and the horses were very friendly. We took the one hour trail ride and... More

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I went on a two hour trail ride on our recent vacation. I am experienced but my daughter and husband are beginners. Everyone there was so friendly! Cliff was our guide and he was so good with my daughter. He patiently listened to her and answered all of her questions along the trail.... More

My husband and two daughters went on the 1 hour trail ride and we all had a great time. I've been on many trail rides, but this one was one of the best, not only for the scenery and horse riding experience, but also due to the three guides. They were interactive with us the whole way and very engaging... More
