Make sure you drive around and go to the chapel. They had a nice walk from the parking lot that has great views.

The AFA is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains and is quite picturesque. The architecture is stunning.

Went on a Saturday, not a lot going on and the visitors center was closed due to some problem. Only got to see the chapel which was fabulous and Arnold Hall, probably would have been better if visitors center was open

It was late in the day so we only had time to see the Air Force Academy Chapel, and words can't describe the beautiful facility. We also were able to hear the organ being played inside the Chapel. Don't miss this if you are in the area... It is worth going out of the way a bit to witness this... More

We saw the sign for the Air Force Academy Exit on the Interstate and decided to pay it a visit. We didn't get to stay very long as it shuts down to visitors at 5 pm. However, we saw the Visitors Center and Cadet Chapel. Amazing doesn't describe the Chapel. Look at the pictures here to see the thought put... More

Very interesting and well worth the visit. Don't forget to go to the visitor center which also has a museum and gift shop. The chapel of course is awesome!

Great place, liked the noon formation and marching to the dining facility. The chapel was impressive. Our group of 60 presented and dedicated a monument to the Pedro Rescue Helicopter Crews for their service and dedication to saving/rescuing lives.

We did have the opportunity to see three of the four chapels at the academy. We were given a guided tour and the guide was extremely knowledgeable about the construction of the chapel. It was all very impressive.
