We happened across the entrance of Skyline Drive on our way back from a rafting trip in the Royal Gorge. On a whim I decided to see what it was about. Well, let me tell you, this road is spectacular. Skyline Drive is a narrow winding one-way road in the hills just east on Canon City. The road itself is quite interesting- it follows the ridgeline of the hills and drops off on both sides.
