While heading to Royal Gorge Bridge, we came across Skyline Drive. Great find. It is a little tight, but that's half the fun. beautiful views and the history of how it was built is pretty interesting. I really recommend driving this one way road while going thru Canon City.

This is a scary drive but so worth it. The road is narrow with some hills that look like the road ends. The best part is the overlook of Canon City - it looks like a painting.

The best 15 minutes you'll spend in a car. The views are epic and the road is great. Watch out for hikers

This is a fun place full of history and science. Take time to stop and read the signs telling about the Drive. I always take my visiting guests there.

Word of advice if you have a big truck like me be super careful. And don't drive this at night like I did..... Scared me so bad I had an anxiety attack.

nice drive but somewhat confusing to find your way once you arrive in Canon City. Also, there are no guard rails for most of the way when I was there, so stay away from the side of the road!

Numerous spots to park and walk around, some better than others, but all-in-all quite a thrilling ride!
