We went after rock climbing to soak our sore muscles. It felt great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you can bring a towel to avoid being charged for that after paying $20/person to get in. They have showers and cubbies available. There are several soaking pools with different temperatures and it stays open until midnight.

We have gone to this spot for years. This time, I needed to change my reservation date. I called on a Saturday night to change that. The person who answered the phone was so rude. He actually told me could I call and deal with this another time, not on a Saturday night when he u s trying to check... More

Went to Cottonwood Hot Springs recently. Hadn’t been there in a while, so I was really looking forward to visiting again. I used to LOVE this place but was very disappointed this time. The grounds looked pretty neglected. All bushes, grasses, flowers and WEEDS were quite overgrown. There was stuff/junk lying around. Pool area was not tidy and clean as... More

I almost cried when I pulled into this so called resort. This place is a jam packed concrete parking lot on the side of the road. I reserved a campsite 3 weeks earlier- the only shaded one out of four sites. These campsites were parking spaces on top of eachother with a firepit for $45 per person per night which... More

We stopped here for about 2 hours after a long hike on our way to GSDunes. Dear Lord this place is awesome. 5 large handmade pools with varying temps (some hotter, some, thankfully, cooler). employees could not have been more friendly and helpful. what a great place. next time we will stay here overnight. some rooms have private pools. will... Cottonwood Hotsprings is a fun place; kinda a throwback or travel back in time kind of experience and that is what I was hoping for. No phones or televisions, not even in the common areas. That was what we were looking for; a retreat away from the everyday electronic madness. I do not think this is an appropriate place for... More

I'll start by saying that I don't know what other alternatives are available for lodging or hot springs in the area, but I was really disappointed by my experience here. While the rooms were clean, they are very basic (no television or phone, just in case that's important to you). It's been recently renovated, so that was good. The staff... More

Well maintained 'naturally landscaped' pools. Five different temperature pools separated by rocks and surrounded by mountains. The river is just next to pools so you can listen to it rushing as you expose your body to each variety. Spend a WHOLE day. Best for couples & adults!

The hot springs are very relaxing. It is nice for adults to soak, but not a lot for kids to do. The "hot pool" was the best for easing aches and pains! The dressing areas/showers were clean, but could use a bit of improvement to offer more privacy. The porta-potties were a bit of an unattractive feature and hopefully the... More

Adorable and cute place. The pools feel awesome. Sauna was great. The river that runs near by provides some great sounds. Cant wait to come back. Great for couples too.
