This place is very run down and the entrance of fee $20 at weekends is steep. Five smallish pools - two were SO hot - 108 and 106 degrees were just too much for an extended dip. Water appeared to be very diluted and non minerally. Changing rooms are small and cramped with no privacy. Bathrooms are porta potties. On... More

The site itself is not the most updated place with a lack of parking and toilet facilities. It is for sure more of an old place that was nice to go to after rafting, but I would not go back. On Sundays it is $20 which I don't think matches the experience. The pools are very small and crowded and... More

We did not stay at the inn. But I visited the hot springs 3 times. Once at night with my cousins. The next time during the day and I went back for a massage with Donna. Definitely preferred the night soak to the day soak because it was more relaxing and you could see the stars really well. Donna was... More

This place is rustic and relatively small, and that's just why we like it. Not overrun with kids splashing about, and the times we've visited the patrons have been quiet and respectful of others. We stayed at the hotel for the first time this trip, it's been recently renovated and it was pretty clean and pretty quiet- the new owners... More

Nice Hot Springs , several pools each with different temps. Changing rooms and towels available to rent. $15 per person for the day. We would have liked to stay longer but had to get back to town. Probably would have been nice to stay for the evening. Maybe next time.

We visited twice on a recent holiday to the area. The first visit was lovely and relaxing. We decided to go again, but the second time, the main pool was quite dirty with hair and other bits and insects floating around which spoilt it. It was a pity as we had really liked the relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere on our first... More

The springs were clean and uncrowded and the staff was sweet, even swapping out towels for us without us being asked. Bathrooms and changing areas were damaged recently and are not back yet. Portable toilets and a moist room with a curtain are all you've got for now. My favorite of 5 hot springs I visited. You can come and... More

Great relaxed place for hot springs soaking. It rained the whole evening we were there but with the canvas covers over the pools you didn't notice. Price is great and hours are great. Used to like Mt. Princeton but too commercial now. Do miss the soaking in the river though.

Hidden gem for enjoying a hot springs without the crowds. Allows for quiet meditation in the various pools - great after a tense day. Price is "cheap" compared to other places. Lots of renovation on site. Lacking a restaurant but Buena Vista places are very close by. Open to midnight. Enjoyed our day in the hot, soothing waters.

Cottonwood springs offers a great unwinding after sleeping on the ground and hiking all day. The 3rd level of hot was a bit too small a pool for the number of people who liked that level. And the hottest one is too hot for more than a few minutes. Showers were clean and staff courteous. I appreciated that In the... More
