First, just to be clear, I am reviewing the hot springs experience and not the associated motel. Fancy, this place is not, but the hot springs and hot pools are very nice. We checked in at the office and paid our $15 each for the day. You do need to leave any and all valuables in your vehicle as there... More

If you are looking for a 'fancy' spa/hot springs this is NOT the place for you! It is rustic, quaint and simple. No frills or putting on airs at this place. This was out destination and we had a wonderful day! There are five different pools ranging in temperature from 83 to 106 degrees. You go go from one to... More

Spent the day at Cottonwood Hot Springs yesterday. What a soothing relaxing experience. For the price you could not ask for a better way to spend your day!!

We like quaint places, and this fit the bill. Even through a remodel, the rooms were very clean, pools well maintained, staff was very friendly. A very relaxing stay. We will be going back!

The Arkansas river can be chilly. Head over to Cottonwood afterwards for a great mineral soak. The water will purify and warm your body and spirit.

My husband visited the hot springs earlier in the year and liked them so much that he took me back. $20 fee was good for all day (until midnight) so we were tempted to return later in the night. The natural stone soaking pools were at different temperatures so as we got too hot or cold we just moved to... More

Horrible! Made reservations a month in advance and apparently they lost them the day I show up! They fail to do anything to make things right and just tell me I'm out of luck and they can't just take my "word" for it! Just unreal, horrible customer service. Will not recommend to anyone! Wasted travel time

We went after rock climbing to soak our sore muscles. It felt great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you can bring a towel to avoid being charged for that after paying $20/person to get in. They have showers and cubbies available. There are several soaking pools with different temperatures and it stays open until midnight.

We have gone to this spot for years. This time, I needed to change my reservation date. I called on a Saturday night to change that. The person who answered the phone was so rude. He actually told me could I call and deal with this another time, not on a Saturday night when he u s trying to check... More

Went to Cottonwood Hot Springs recently. Hadn’t been there in a while, so I was really looking forward to visiting again. I used to LOVE this place but was very disappointed this time. The grounds looked pretty neglected. All bushes, grasses, flowers and WEEDS were quite overgrown. There was stuff/junk lying around. Pool area was not tidy and clean as... More
