Beautiful quiet lake in the Mountains. The drive up there was georgeous. Great for fishing, canoeing or just a nice picnic.

Take the short scenic drive off of the road to Cottonwood Pass, for a nice picnic spot. Pay the 4.00 fee to use the facilities and picnic area. Gorgeous! Beautiful lake. Lots of people paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, etc. There are lots of areas to sit right down by the water, and lots of nice picnic areas. The bathrooms are VERY rustic, so be warned. The fee is a very reasonable $6 per car per day.

Cottonwood lake is beautiful I have been going there for 20 years and it was everything I remember everytime!
