Great experience. It was my first time cross country skiing and I took a lesson. Teacher was knowledgeable and friendly. I had an amazing experience. Came back every single day of my stay at Breckenridge.

Breck nordic center is a great location for an alternative workout. They maintain awesome trails for skate, classic and snowshoe. Any many times you may be lucky enough to see a moose.

This center is only a year old. It used to be a nice shack and now is this huge building with tables to bring your food to eat or buy snacks here, a giant fireplace, ski shop, rentals, etc. There is a large outdoor seating area as well. The trails are well-marked and scenic. The new building is so nice... More

My girlfriend and I decided to go snowshoeing and this was the absolute best place. For both of us, the pass and show rental was a combined $80 which I felt was very reasonable. We did the intermediate blue trail and then the easy red trail (approx. 4 miles) in about 3 hours, but this was in 40 degree, sunny... More

Breckenridge has the biggest most expensive Nordic Center building in the country. And that seems to be where all your money is spent. As was explained to me, their grooming policies mean most trails are just not groomed most days. And, if you call ahead, the staff can't tell you what days/times the trials will be groomed next - that... More

Enjoyable area to go cross-country skiing. Not too crowded at all. We went on a beautiful day and made our way through several of the trails. We'll definitely be back when the snow falls!

The staff is awesome and you can rent snow shoes here and take off straight from the center or drive a short distance to some alternative trails. It's a great value and a fun activity if you need a break from skiing for the day.

We stayed at a house within walking distance from the center, so we were able to visit a few times during the week we stayed in Breck. Our group included 5 adults and 2 kids (18 month old twins). One day, 4 of us adults and the kids went skiing. We were able to rent sleds/shuttles to ski with the... More

We needed a break from skiing for a day and decided to go here for showshoeing. Neither my wife nor I had been showshoeing before, but everyone was incredibly helpful (especially Sarah) and helped us in getting the right gear, planning the route, and showing us how to showshoe. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend to... More
