My family and I visited twice this summer and had blast. The kids activities are bit pricey at $71 for a daily pass -unlimited attractions, by the time you add the zip line you're at $92 per kid. Almost the same daily cost as a Disney ticket- and no Mickey Mouse. Hiking is free! Despite the cost, the kids had... More

Been driving up to Breck from Colorado Springs for years now. Nice scenic trip without the I 70 nightmarish traffic. Average travel time is 2 hours taking hwy 24 west to 9 north. Yes Hoosier pass gets hairy sometimes but its Colorado. Closer than Monarch and way better i think. Long runs, fast chairs, great snow, great grooming, great parks... More

We skied one day, and loved this ski resort, because it was expansive, and had several beginner and intermediate trails for all of the people in or party. Unlike Aspen, it wasn't overly crowded making it the better choice for skiing. Nothing pretentious here.

This is now my favorite place to ski. My wife and I have also skied in Vale and Beaver creek. Its a really nice village - it's not just touristy, it's a real village. Loved the fact we could walk around main street after skiing and have a few beers with the locals too.

For decades, this has been one of our favorite family resorts. All of our girls learned to ski here. It is getting to be more commercial but not like some of the other resorts nearby. Multiple hills and many runs of varying degree of difficulty offer much for the family. Breckenridge is written up in a wonderful novel titled Aunt... More

I love the long runs and well marked trails at breckenridge! I love the runs at peak 8 especially! Everyone is friendly and for beginners peak 9 is fantastic! With so many runs there is something for every ski level!

We spent two and a half weeks here in Feb/Mar 2015 and really enjoyed Breck. A really fun, huge mountain with a great range of terrain, from the mellower areas on Peak 8 and 9, to the incredibly fun intermediate runs and trees on Peak 7, and the excellent steeps off Peak 10 and the high alpine lifts like Imperial.... Great ski resort, options for all level of skiers, bunny slopes to back bowls of chest deep power and everything in between. Great night life is only steps away if you still have the energy after skiing all day!.

Great mountain. It’s crowded but it’s big. We like peak 7. Not as many people get over there from 9 and 10 because it’s far. The ski school is amazing. I recommend the Fantastic 4 lessons. You often get basically a private lesson for much less money and a lot of personalized service. My kids learned to ski and ski... More
