I live and work in Breck and would recommend it highly as a winter and summer destination. There are many activities including hiking, biking, and the Breck fun park in the summer and a myriad of winter activities like skiing, snowboarding, dogsledding, snowshoeing and more.

We love Breckenridge! It's quite beautiful and large- 34 lifts. We skied over Spring Break, which was at the end of the season. Very attentive staff. We enjoyed the Peak 9 Restaurant, which had a lower section for people who packed their lunches- included a microwave to warm up any dishes. I could buy a 25 cent hot water to... More

Beautiful place with great infrastructure. Very good restaurants and hotels, and lots of activities for all ages. My wife and I spent the first week of January in Breck for skiing, and we loved it! The city offers everything you may need during your stay. If you are staying in Peak 9 area, there is no need of a car.... More

Liked the open trails that were very wide. Several lifts but weirdest set up as seems like the lifts were added as an afterthought not as a "Planned Expansion". But enjoyed skiing here at the Breck. Trails were over groomed for my skill set, but it is always for the beginner skiers benefit...

I have been to quite a few ski spots in New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. But there is something about Breck that always brings me back. I love the town, the hotels that are close to the lifts. The trails are always kept in great shape. Even on busy days the mountain staff seem to keep everything in harmony and... More

Great ski area for families. Long runs, great diversity for all levels! We were there during Spring Fling. Super weather!

Breck offers many runs of every description, so all levels of ability will find what they enjoy. It is located at a higher altitude than many of the areas so it usually has good snow during the season, and in the spring when others are closing or have "corn snow" Breck frequently still has good conditions. Food on the slopes... More

We own near the golf course in Breckenridge and spend many months there per year. Have skied all over US and we like the combination of the "real town" of Breck and the mountain is fabulous. We want the rest of you to stay away so that we don't get overcrowded.

Beware of the long queues at the bottom of the lifts at the bottom like quicksilver. Apart from that the snow is fantastic and the runs are always well groomed, try to go to the higher lifts where there are rarely any queues at peak times - slopes are very spacious almost no one else around! Also be aware of... More

It was our first time skiing and this was a great place to learn. The were a good variety of greens to where we could learn but not get bored on the same runs. Trails were very easy to follow, all resort staff were helpful and kind
