I begged my boyfriend to do this activity with me and it was the most fun we had all week! It had just snowed a little when we went in the beginning of October so there was lots of mud and puddles and it was worth every bit of it! We got to tour the kennels (which they don't let... More

A very nice place to visit if you're into sled dogs, which my husband is. This excursion was his choice. Youngest child and I enjoyed it very much and husband was ecstatic. Our guide, Sarah was very informative and very much in command of the sled dogs. After the ride, we toured the compound meeting all 155 dogs. I would... More

Booking was difficult, especially as an international traveler, your best bet is to give a number in the US they can call back, they will do so if you leave a message on the answering machine. It would be practical if inquiries could be made via e-mail. That being said, I had a wonderful time meeting all the dogs -... More

Found them on TripAdvisor. It is a bit difficult to book if you don't get in touch with anyone. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. It would be better if they had an online reservation system, etc. However, once you get it booked you are in for a treat. Blake was our guide. He... More

We loved getting to meet the dogs with all of their different personalities, and seeing them work together to pull our cart. They seemed to be well-treated and wildly enthusiastic to be chosen to pull our cart.

The staff is nice, the dogs are treated well and most of all the activity is exhilarating. Good Time adventures in the winter and snow caps in the summer. In the summer the innovative pull system is used and two dogs pull a scooter with one rider. Awesome trip and well worth the risk and money.

My kids had a blast with Snow Caps. They had a blast playing with the dogs. We did a summer "sled" ride. Watching the dogs excitement and ability to work together while pulling us around was an amazing experience. If you are a dog lover, I would highly recommend this experience.

Our guide was great. The kids and adults had a wonderful time meeting all the pups and dogs. I was amazed at how the guide knew all of the dog's names, especially when they have 148 dogs. You have to be a dog lover to like it here as you do get up and personal with the dogs. Warning: your... More

Two families booked a last minute summer dog sled tour. We had 3 small kids with us and this was their favorite activity in Breckinridge. It started with a kennel tour by our guide Blake. We got to meet the puppies and the working dogs. He did a great job explaining the different personalities and qualities needed at each mushing/pulling/sledding... More

What a great experience this was. And, our guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all types of questions. The dogs are also very well socialized and as they had just opened for the summer, very excited to have visitors willing to pet them. We just did the yard tour, not the cart ride, but we did stay to... More
