It smells great, looks great, has the best views you could ask for and is right in the center of town - the instructors are terrific, the little shop there has fun gifts and yoga clothes and it's just generally very hip.

I did a drop in for a hot yoga class. They provided a mat and made me feel very comfortable.

Great little yoga center with a really nice owner and instructors. I went to three different instructors and classes in five days. Lot of post ski yoga,, restorative etc. Lots of variety for a small place. Very convenient location.

The studio space is nice. Great flooring, views of the mountains, warm. Reasonable pricing.
Have just finished my second Qi Gong (chi gong) class with Travis at Meta.
I'm not a morning person, but its gotten too snowy to hike or bike! The Qi Gong classes offer a great mix of stretching and movement to get me going in the...
