Great mountain with class black runs

It's all black on Peak 10 but they're all worth a go. High speed wide black runs with DoubleJack a classic. Some nice tree runs too and a few black diamonds to add variety.

This is probably my favorite peak at Breck. As other have said it has black diamond slopes without moguls, and not many people at all, so it's a real pleasure to ski there. I think the slopes are marked black not because of their steepness or difficult terrain, but so people are allowed to go fast on them, as on... More

Happened upon a chairlift with no lines so got on before I realized I was heading up Peak 10! Usually don't do Black diamond. This is more like a Blue Run and plenty wide to traverse if you don't want to reach 40mph. A bit icy when I went but it softened up a bit after noon. Fun and not... More

The chief issue with Peak 10 is the wind and the fact the chair is strung along the ridge, that wind is a blessing and a curse - it freezes you off the chair but it keeps the snow temps down and results better snow conditions. Peak 10 also features slopes that face both north and south meaning you can... More

We have come to Breck to ski for years. I have decent black run ability. When I come I live on Peak 10 for its challenge at black level sans mogels. I don't do mogels - but I love the runs and steepness of Peak 10 - plus it's usually snowboard free.

Great slopes, no lift lines. Lots of trails. Single black should be double blue. The staff is really great. There are other peaks as well all have easy access.. Plan on a day of fun.

Peak 10 is listed as Black Diamond or Double Diamond. The single diamond slopes are, for the most part, quite wide and more like an advanced green.

Seems to be a hidden part of Breck. Two central black diamonds are always groomed, with all trails on either side of these two rocking moguls and often double black.

you're obviously going to spend a LOT on the mountain, so just pack your own food and get water at the lodge. 2 beers and 2 hot dogs shouldn't cost 40 bucks. forget it.

The groomed blacks on this slope are wide and easy to maneuver if you are an advanced skier. They are wide and beautifully groomed and not really too hard for black runs.
