Bartender delivered nachos to us out on the deck. That was very nice of him. They were tasty. Of course it cost a lot but that is what we expect on the mountain.

If you have children or you like great green runs - go to Peak 9. The trails are so wide, you have variety and they give newer skiers or young skiers so much room to challenge themselves. Even if you are more advanced, Peak 9 is fun to just run down and have a easy enjoyable run, especially at the... More

We visited Breckenridge with a family of skiers who raved about how well kept the slopes are maintained. As a visitor, the scenery was breathtaking and enjoyable to see the family ski and have fun.

Spent the morning on icy corduroy practicing flatland buttering. These runs are wide, not steep and plenty long. It was not crowded. The gladed areas are very maneuverable and intermediate friendly and there is much character in the terrain. Softened up after noon and still didn't notice the crowds until the bottom lift areas. You can get to all peaks... More

Our experience with Peak 9 was accessed from the Village at the Maggie. Plenty of food and drink options with lots of tables & chairs for lounging on the deck. Peak 9 has the most green & blue runs for beginning to intermediate skiing and imho the best area for families. Not near as crowded as Peak 8 and we... More

The green trails were great for beginning skiers. They were wide and not super steep so plenty of space for you to take your time during the descent.

Peak 9 is a perfect spot for beginners and intermediate skiers. Easy access to Peak 8 from the slopes.

We stopped in for lunch while skiing and the place was packed. The weather was in the upper 50's, a perfect day. I ordered chicken strips and fries, with a pepsi....$18. The pepsi was hot. I don't ask for alot, and didn't even budge at the price of food (even though the chicken strips were originally frozen). I don't understand... More

I love to ski but am not that great at it. I don't like to be afraid - just like to go up and down and enjoy the experience. Peak 9 has the best beginner slopes around - much better than Keystone, I think. Of course, there are blues and access to blacks, but I will take those awesome, easy... More
