It may scare away the couples without kids as you disembark from the gondola but opt for the ski lift ticket for $15 and get whisked away to a whole other world. The ride was amazing and then the peak was just awesome. We hiked a little but without joking boots you slip quite a bit. Definitely worth the money!

Lot of activities at the park that were fun for adults and kids. We had 2 individuals with down syndrome and they had a good time too. Mini-golf, the scenic chair lift, the zip line, the gold coaster were lots of fun. We also took a 4 x 4 tour and really enjoyed that. Our guide was great--very knowledgeable and... More

My son, daughter, and I had a blast at the park! Our only regret was not getting there earlier in the day. The alpine slides and the Gold Runner coaster were the best part of the park, hands down. The line for the bungee trampoline moved incredible slow so that was a downer, but lines everywhere else were short or... More

We only did the chair lift but it was great! Very quiet and beautiful. Once we got to the top we hiked and saw some beautiful views and wildflowers. We enjoyed the fact that you could get a day pass or just go al a cart and choose the activities you want.

There is a lot to do here if you have little ones. Gorgeous views as well. There is always one little area that still has snow so it's pretty cool to see that in July and August.

We timed this trip perfectly as the park was really quiet (lots of schools starting), and the weather was spectacular. We were there from 10-5, with a half hour break! We went with our 6 YO and the activities were perfect for him. He had to ride the Gold Coaster and alpine slide with us but didn't bother him a... More

A great place to spend the day with people of all ages. We visited the end of August and it wasn't crowded. There are activities for all ages- probably the most geared toward 5-12 year olds. They do, however, have a bounce house for toddlers and a bungee trampoline that *everyone* seemed to enjoy!! The alpine slide and coaster are... More

Peak 8 has some incredible views however my husband and I felt it wasn't worth the money for the activities here. We zip-lined and did the alpine slides- definitely more of a 'family' and 'kid-friendly' park. Would not pay for anything other than the ski lift up. We hiked down and did see some pretty neat views of town. Overall,... More

Lots of stuff for little kids like a tiny rock wall, maze, playground, panning for gems. A few things for adults like the alpine slides (VERY fun but use your brake or go over the track!), coaster, bungee jumper. My boys (7 and 9) loved this fun park. I know a lot of people have raised concerns about the lines, but maybe we got really lucky, but it really wasn't bad at all. We bought all day passes and definitely got our money's worth. One of my sons went on the alpine slide 8 times! Definitely try to get there... More
