We timed this trip perfectly as the park was really quiet (lots of schools starting), and the weather was spectacular. We were there from 10-5, with a half hour break! We went with our 6 YO and the activities were perfect for him. He had to ride the Gold Coaster and alpine slide with us but didn't bother him a... More

A great place to spend the day with people of all ages. We visited the end of August and it wasn't crowded. There are activities for all ages- probably the most geared toward 5-12 year olds. They do, however, have a bounce house for toddlers and a bungee trampoline that *everyone* seemed to enjoy!! The alpine slide and coaster are... More

Peak 8 has some incredible views however my husband and I felt it wasn't worth the money for the activities here. We zip-lined and did the alpine slides- definitely more of a 'family' and 'kid-friendly' park. Would not pay for anything other than the ski lift up. We hiked down and did see some pretty neat views of town. Overall,... More

Lots of stuff for little kids like a tiny rock wall, maze, playground, panning for gems. A few things for adults like the alpine slides (VERY fun but use your brake or go over the track!), coaster, bungee jumper. The all day passes for adults are very pricey so you need to spend the day to make it worth it... More

My boys (7 and 9) loved this fun park. I know a lot of people have raised concerns about the lines, but maybe we got really lucky, but it really wasn't bad at all. We bought all day passes and definitely got our money's worth. One of my sons went on the alpine slide 8 times! Definitely try to get there... More

We went to Peak 8 to hike. Since we visited in August, we did not ski but we took the super chair (good deal-I think it was $18.00 per person) but well worth it as the sites were glorious. We took tons of pictures and the views are incredible. Fun, beautiful hike!

Such a great summer time place to go. Just for fun & the views are amazing. Albeit a LOT expensive, I would recommend it to families. But, bring your wallet it's $76 per person...

For $76 per person you get unlimited access to a number of attractions including a mountain coaster, alpine slide, scenic chairlift ride, climbing wall and bungee trampoline. We took multiple rides on the mountain coaster, which was a blast. The alpine slide was also a lot of fun. Unfortunately we planned to go for the scenic lift ride in the... More

We rented bikes and spent the day with Mike our guide, learning how to mountain bike. Lots of trails for all ability levels. Even saw some wildlife. So many activities to choose from, one day might not be enough.

OMG - how fun. My 10 year old daughter and I had a blast. We started on the coaster which we rode double. Then to the Alpine slide - did it 10 times. She enjoyed the kids zip line and ropes course too. We had a fun experience of the rain starting when we were on the lift for the... More
