I don't like huge crowds, but do like to go to restaurants, art studios, and gift shops. Our two most-recent trips to Breckenridge were in December 2014 and March 2015. There is a lot to do in the town, and not just on Main Street. You can find nice restaurants and gift shops off the beaten path. On our December... More

There are all sorts of cute and trendy shops to choose from. Every other shop has t-shirts. There is a sock store that had fun/cool stuff for everyone in the family. Be warned though, there are a lot of 'pot' themed shirts everywhere. My 10 year old daughter learned a lot going in these stores.

Love Breckenridge and being on main street is such a treat. It makes the ski experience so much more than a big / dedicated resort can offer. I love ski in and ski out, but as a family, we really enjoy a town setting and being able to walk from shop to shop and restaurant to restaurant.

There are so many little shops and boutiques that you need 3 days to see them all! The restaurants and bars were great and plentiful. Loved the outdoor deck overlooking the slopes at Kenosha Grill. Mia Casa Mexican is excellent too! All have great happy hour specials too!

Everything you need is down Main Street. We walked it almost every day we were in Breckenridge! Beautiful views!

Such a neat, quaint, fascinating street. Very walkable, you can go from basically one end to the other very easy (about 15 minutes of leisurely walking). One trip is not enough, allow yourself enough time for all the shops and restaurants.

They celebrated Mardi Gras in Main Street Breckenridge when we were there in February. Despite the cold wind, the town had outdoor music and beer for people to enjoy. There are cute shops and interesting food places in this town center. A river runs behind the street where there are bridges and sculpture along a path that follows the river.... More

Breck has one of the nicer downtowns of any ski area I've visited. There are many different types of shops, from souvenir type places, to art stores, to home decor, to sporting goods, to high end clothing. There is also a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Parking can be a bit tough to find depending on what time... More

We used to live here (in town) and moved 15 years ago..... it's only gotten worse. Yup it's got Tee-shirt stores, some bars and restaurants, even pot shops. If ya have seen one..... well there is nothing different. I'll let the pictures tell some of the story. It's nothing more than a cheap urban mall. If you think over crowed... More
