In August, I took the Banjo Billy's Bus Tour of Boulder. The tour was on a bus converted on the outside to a Hillbilly style. The inside of the bus had the most comfortable arm chairs.
The tour took us to the various areas of Boulder. The guide gave us interesting tidbits about Boulder's history and included some ghost stories...

This tour was fabulous! The bus is unique and fun, as is the bus driver/tour guide. You learn much of the history of Boulder and ghost stories to boot. Don't hesitate to book this tour, you'll love it! It's worth every penny. Glen was our tour guide.

Our tour guide was nice and made everyone comfortable. Nice to see Boulder with stories. I think it would be more fun and exciting with a large group of friends.

Tours in a remodeled schoolbus that resermbles an Appalachian shack, with seating on sofas, saddle or bus seats, may appear strange, but are delightful. I took the first tour, of downtown Denver, solo. It was great. John, the owner, driver and guide was very knowledgeable about history and culture, telling some great stories as well as the facts. I saw...

I like Banjo Billy's only when Banjo Billy himself is doing the tour. The rest of the staff, I felt like I was in a field trip in High School. Been on Banjo's three times, but will go again in October for the ghost tour if Banjo Billy is doing it. The staff has got to stop doing this child's...

Historically speaking the Banjo Billy Bus Tour is a perfect fit when it comes to learning more about Boulder's past. The bus itself (both inside and out) looks like something that drove out of a high altitude time machine. "One Of A Kind" is a vast understatement in this case. The driver and tour guide was not only knowledgeable but...

On a recent trip to Denver, my husband and I took the Banjo Billy’s tour of Denver. When we booked it, we thought it was going to be a little hokey, but it was actually very informative and educational. We truly appreciated being able to see so much of the city in a 90-minute tour bus. The tour guide, Liz,...

This was an entertaining tour on a very cool bus. We went on the 2pm Boulder tour and if I were to do it again it would be the later one at 4pm. It seemed that the 2pm tour was more of the laid back older crowd. I’m more of the loud crazy fun crowd. They stopped at a local...

Went on the bus tour of Boulder in August, 2010. Enjoyed it very much. The tour guide was entertaining and informative. This is a great way to spend an hour and a half in Boulder. I heard some interesting ghost stories and learned a little more about the town at the same time. This is an "interactive" tour and your...
