If you're looking for something different, yet comprehensive, in touring Boulder, this is the trip for you. Glenn ,our tour guide and driver, is an economics professor who also does improv on the side he has a witty sense of humor which kept us laughing for the 90 minute trip. He was informative and took us to places we wouldn't... More

We really enjoyed our ninety minute bus tour of Boulder. Our driver and guide, Glenn, was as colorful as the hillbilly bus itself. You'll learn lots about whereabouts and whyabouts of Boulder. Do it. You'll be glad you did.

Open air bus with somewhat uncomfortable seating. However, amusing and informative guide. Somewhat annoying to repeatedly ask group if they wanted history vs. ghost information. Covered a GREAT deal including Chatauqua park and the University of Colorado. I would suggest to downplay the goofy data when the audience is mostly all seniors. Make sure you go to the bathroom beforehand... More

This a great fun. The bus is a log cabin on wheels! It's garishly decorated, with a strange assortment of sofas and chairs on board (get on early if you don't want to sit on a saddle for the tour!) The air conditioning system is a treat!! Our driver/ guide was incredibly knowledgeable and humorous and we certainly got to... More

This was a great way to see Boulder. It was fun and I learned a lot about the history of the town. Glen was our guide, and we really enjoyed his tour. I loved all the looks people around town would give as we drove by. Best way to spend 90 minutes.

What a really fun way to spend 90 minutes! My family and I only had one day to enjoy Boulder, and we absolutely loved Banjo Billy's tour. Our guide was fun, the trip was informative, and we got to see all of Boulder's great neighborhoods. Also enjoyed a beer and fantastic lunch at The Corner Bar (Hotel Boulderado) while waiting... First the bus is crazy....wooden siding, easy chairs and couches inside......then the guide is blind but he is funny and informative! Interesting drive around Boulder. And on hot afternoon they even had portable air conditioning (spray bottles ). Really fun, quirky tour...highly enjoyable.

We have never been on a tour like this, but we are glad we decided to get on the bus! The tour guide was knowledgeable and we saw several interesting sites that we would not have seen otherwise. Our children are 10 and 12, and some of the ghost stories were a bit much for them, but they enjoyed it.... More

Loads of fun...great way to spend an afternoon. At times informative, at times hilarious, but always interesting! A plus is that the bus boards and returns to the Hotel Boulderado. A great patio bar outside...you'll need a drink after boarding the turn of the century elevator and venturing to the haunted third floor..you'll learn all about the ghosts on the... More
