First time visiting Avery's new location, the food was awesome. Much better than the average brewery food. The kids plowed through an order of the nachos - get them with a mix of both types of smoked meat. They liked the baked beans on the nachos so much that each ordered an extra side of beans too

We planned to hit several breweries on this trip for my birthday. We started at Avery and we didn't get any farther. The new facility is simply amazing. You can grab a beer and wander through the brewery, watching the folks make the beer. And the restaurant is incredible. I highly recommend the Meat, Meat, Meat. Ribs, brisket and sausage... More

I blew off the brewery tour because I was enjoying the beers in the taproom so much. Beers were amazing. Thank you, uber driver!

Beautiful new brewery, ver attractive. Nice tour. Even elevator available to 2nd floor where restaurant and store is. Great variety of logo clothes, glasses,, etc. Also most beers available, especially pricey special aged bottles, for connaisoirs. Very attractive place on outskirts of northwest Boulder. Plenty of parting, with good signage too.

Boulder is awash with breweries and brew pubs. However, few will provide the variety and expertise you'll find at the Avery Brewing Co. This brewery/brew pub is strictly for beer lovers (or beer likers - if that's a word) - if beer's not your thing, there are better places for a lunch or dinner. The variety of hand crafted beers... We stopped by Avery's new facility on the North side of town about a week after it first opened to the public in February. While they had not fully commissioned the new brewing operation yet, you can see it from the overhead gallery windows. Apparently tours will be basically self-guided "looks" when they are operating. What is very nice is... More

THANKFULLY chose Avery of ALL of the breweries in Boulder to check out on my one day there. I mean I am sure others are awesome but Avery was off-the-beaten-path.. kinda like speakeasy-ish which I liked and was jammed packed this past Sunday and without any TV's. I guess in part because of the special beer release they were having... More

Not really a tour, more like an informative speech, while standing and then sitting in one place. We arrived early enough to have a beer before the tour and our waiter was Awesome!! The enthusiasm reverberating from this place is contagious! Hold off if you can and go to the new state of the art brewery opening soon, but make... More

In visiting the Avery mother ship, I was excited by the prospect of trying all their taproom exclusives. They didn't have as many as I would have liked to see, but they had a few. Of them, my favorite was the 14er ESB. That said, nothing beets a fresh Maharaja (imperial IPA)—without a doubt one of the best beers I've... More
